Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jeffersontown

I chose this location because it was the closest to where I live, I ordered pizza, expecting the same quality and service I receive on a regular basis from 3 different Little Ceasars pizza, I called in a special order pizza, half pepperoni, half cheese with extra cheese, and arrived within 15 minutes which was the time quoted to me, the pizza wasn't cooked yet, which I had no problem with, I found out they didn't sell 2 liters, which ok, I am in a Kmart, I walked to the groceries section and bought a 2-liter, then I asked for crazy bread, which they had to make, the staff were standing around slacking off, people would come up to get a cheese or a pepperoni pizza, which they didn't have any made for the hot and ready Little Caesars normally provides, the staff were joking around refusing to answer the phone letting it ring and ring, (now I know why it took forever for them to answer) finally they gave me my order, I walked out of the store and realized they forgot to give me the cheese sauce I asked for, walked back in to find another customer complaining that they ordered a pepperoni pizza, and got a cheese pizza.... I got home to find my crazy bread was half cooked, and was flat and terrible, the pizza wasn't even cut.... I can defiantly say I will not return to this location, HORRIBLE service, TERRIBLE quality even at Little Caesar's standards... absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT...

I have been here multiple times this week with a gift card, that was purchased at this store. Every time I have gone in they manually input my card because there was an issue with the stripe. The employee, who I don’t know the name of but has worked here for a long time, has always been so lazy with any issues. Ive been denied food because it was 9:30 and they closed in 30 minutes, he’s thrown away my pizza before I’ve arrived once, and now he is too lazy to manually input my card. I asked him and he acted like he had no clue what I was talking about yet I’ve had 2 others help me this week with it. Service is absolutely atrocious here as of the last few years. Hate to see one of my local favorites go down the drain due to a lack of care to hire decent employees. It dosnt take much to be nice...

The Worst Little Caesars In Louisville By Far That I've Been!! There's Never Nothing Ready The Staff Is Extremely Rude And Very Unprofessional!!
