I love Dominos. But really hate people that don't believe in making a good product. Or making sure standards are met. Those who know me understand quality and customer service and me. Good looking food tastes better than bad looking food. It is disigned to be made a certain way. when it is not it looks and tastes worse than it is supposed too. When I ran the Dominos in Jtown quality was first and foremost. But, when it was busy quality did fall slightly. This was to insure fast and hot product o everyone at all times. I kept track of all deliveries and dispatched when it was needed. Drivers can't be left to there own in most cases. It is about money to then not quality. I drove too. I know. cherry picking is real. Now add in the fact people want to do the least work possible for the pay. I took almost an hour to get me food. The cheesy bread was hot. That means the cheesy bread was new compared to the pizzas on the order. Be it mistake that delayed it or not. The pizzas should be as hot as the rest after being sitting for so long. Read moreThis Domino’s was absolutely disgusting when I went inside tonight to pick up a carry out order. Food and crumbs all over the counters and pizza making stations. Pizza boxes on the ground. Half the employees were standing around talking and blasting music. I guess I interrupted their party by ordering a pizza. They dropped my pizza while in the box and tried to make me wait 20 more minutes for a new one. The manager didn’t want to come out from the back office when I asked for a refund and told them to keep the ruined pizza. The staff here is obviously very lazy and really couldn’t care less about customer experience or cleanliness. They know they’ll get their hourly wage so there’s no need to put in any effort beyond the bare minimum. When I called corporate, they told me this location is individually owned and not one of the corporate stores. The first time they canceled our order after an hour of waiting. The one person working there handled it well, reimbursing us and allowing us to come get it directly from the store. He said they were understaffed. 6 months later we took a chance and ordered again, this time after 1.5 hours of waiting, they said $40 worth of pizza was delivered. IT WAS NOT!!! I’ve been calling and calling- no answer. I’ve filled out an online request- no option for a refund! I’ve texted the God forsaken customer service number. I get the same response.. “do you want to give additional information???” No! I don’t! I want a dang human to respond to me.
