Pretty much only rating this higher than a 1/5 since I recognize it’s not really an employee issue but a management one.
I placed an online order at 7:30pm and left with it at 9pm. Once I got there, the lobby was filled with people who had placed online orders, some waiting an hour before myself. The racks were filled up high with 30-40 orders, with a lot of cancelled mixed in. Felt bad knowing all that was probably going to be thrown out. So much time was being spent on making orders that were never going to be picked up. The kitchen was disorganized, with lot of employees bouncing stations and touching things before handling food.
So many people came up to the counter with the orders unable to be found (this seemed to be more of a POS issue with DoorDash, UberEats orders; not so much direct website orders) and were forced to cancel.
I honestly think the employees were doing the best they could, but by watching it was clear that it was a failure of management/training.

Read moreI truly hate to have to give this a low rating because I WANTED to like it so bad! Let me take you through my experience though& why I rated each thing the way that I did. It's a Saturday night during the basketball tournament season, so we order, and they say it will be about 20- 25 minute's. We go out to the car, just converting and we're not in a hurry, they're understandably busy so after 30 minutes goes by, I go to get the pizza by giving the name the order is under, and the response was "We just gave your pizza away...". So me like this 😳 and her like🤷🏾♀️ she says "but there's one in the oven you can have, it will be done soon." I'm like," So should I go back to my car... or?🤔🤔🤔" and she told me,"Yes." After 2x of having to go back inside, at least 10 min apart as well we finally got our VERY AVERAGE, AND MIDGRADE (3☆ WAS POLITE 🥱) pizza that we had waited about an hour for. Read moreWe have ordered carry out 2 times at this location. The pizza is really good and much better than other chains in the area but the service is so bad I can’t even express it enough in words. First time we carried out and I picked it up it was like I was a nuisance to the workers for coming in and the second time it was worst!!! Way worst! The general manager was making pies and is right up front of the store but person after person came in to pick up their pie only to be ignored over and over again. No one even tolerated people as they came in. I was told my pie was in the oven but then finally after about 20 mins someone checked on me and I heard them tell the pie maker to remake my pie cause they could not find it. Mind you they never told me this they just left me waiting! Others had similar issues as well.
