I called to order a pizza and the person I spoke With was a very friendly lady. I went to pick my pizza up after I was told the cost was 799 for their special pizza price. When I put my card in the chip reader I noticed it was for 18 something. I told the guy I must have the wrong order because I had one pizza that was supposed to be 799. He said are you at such and such address and I said no that is incorrect. He said well I have a large Blah Blah Blah pizza and I said yes that is what I ordered. But I did not order a second pizza. The manager came up his name is Tony and he is a jerk. He told me you called back and ordered a second pizza and talk to me and I told him I spoke to a lady and I live alone I did not call back and order a second pizza. He kept arguing with me telling me that I did order another pizza. I was furious because I only ordered one pizza and whoever called and ordered the other pizza was put on the wrong order obviously because they did not even have my address correct. Read moreIf I could give it a no stars, I would. I called and ordered 2 pizzas and a mac, and paid with a card over the phone. About 20 minutes after it was supposed to arrive, I called the store, only for the phone to hang up. (No one on either side said anything, it just connected and then disconnected.) I called back thinking it was a mistake. A woman picked up and she said they were very busy. I said that's okay, I was just checking to make sure it was still on it's way eventually; I wasn't in a rush. She couldn't find the order in the system. She asked if I could hold a second and put the phone down, not on hold, just set it down. There was then a lot of yelling back and forth as they looked for my order. They could not find it; they told me to call the next store over because I probably put an order in there on mistake.
Confused--I had hit redial, I called the store I ordered at--I agreed to call the other store, which I actually did. They were nice, polite, and confused. I was also out of delivery range, so I 100% didn't accidently order at some other dominos.

Read moreI try to be very understanding of understaffing and take into consideration that this is a busy store. However, I am incredibly disappointed in how long my order has currently taken. I ordered at 8:27p. It is now 10:40p and my food is still sitting in quality check. When I call the store to cancel the order, there is no answer, just the automated system. I don't want to wait for this food anymore, but I am pretty much being forced to leave the order in place and wait for it since the store will not answer the phone so that I cancel the order. This store was not like this just a few months ago. My bf and I used to order all the time and thought that this time would be no different. This store used to be so, so quick! And even when they weren't quick, it never took 2 hours... Please do better in staffing this store! The existing employees should have help and support. I have added photos to show proof...
