10th street slider shacks a 1-10 location, out of 10 visits, you might get one correct order. during the nasty seafood slider promotion, I ordered 3 of those disgusting things, along with a large order of shrimp, upon arriving home I find out they gave me fish nibblers, so I returned to the location. Instead of replacing the order, they shoved the shrimp down in the bag and handed it to me, I get back home only to find out my nasty, cold seafood sliders are missing a sauce that was supposed to go on them, the bread is now hard and they tasted very bland, just gross! Upon another visit, I order 5 jalapeno cheese burgers and 5 smoked cheddar, I received 10 smoked cheddar, after being reassured by the cashier my orders correct! ( cant stand smoked cheddar after that visit now!) Upon another mistake of stopping at this location with a neighbor, we waited 25 minutes to place an order, with nobody ahead of us, then took an additional 45 minutes to receive our food! just wow! Pee-poor service and sub standard food is what you will find here. Nothing makes one feel more welcome than approaching the counter to have an employee just stare at you blankly! I suggest avoiding this location altogether, no matter how many times they replace the employees, the results remain the same. Tired of losing money, time and taking the risk of food poisoning with the old burgers they've served. It appears W/C's upper management needs replaced, they certain are not doing what they've been paid to do, and it shows in both the products and sorry service they've provided.. I avoid the 10th street location now. UPDATE for visit on 7/16: Re-reviewed this location after a dinner rush recently to see if any improvement, upon approaching counter, the waiting customers only confirmed what was already expected, other disgruntled customers sitting at a table complaining of the wait time, customer standing next to me giving me a fair warning not to order much! It only took a couple minutes of viewing the staff working behind the counter to understand the problem. I'm surprised the management cannot pin point the problem ( very evident from a customers perspective) and correct it. employee organization skills, time management skills and expedition of order preparation have been replaced with order staging, incompetence and unprofessional service. If I were the district manager or owner of this location, I would completely retrain all staff. I've lived near this location for 22 months & EVERY time we order, it's incorrect. This time I ordered a #8 w/cheese + 4 savory sliders + 2 orig sliders + 2 lg sodas (& requested it be repeated). A $30 order. At the window, I repeated my order due to being told an improper total when the cashier attempted to verify my order. I was STILL given the wrong food. This time it ended up being the $40 order placed behind me. When I recognized the order being an error before I left the lot, it was too late to send back b/c I'd taken everything out of the bag, as I'm always either shorted the chicken sliders or given chicken ring sliders instead (or something else is left out). When I went inside, they were already aware of the issue (I heard them mention my arrival) and I still had to ask for my proper order, which was still short the original sliders. My husband and I made a bet that the order would be wrong (he now refuses to go to this location) and I was on the side of the location being able to handle my order today & drove thru in house slippers. I was confident that visit #40-something would be correct. Oh was I wrong & embarrassed when I had to get out & go in. With that being said I've obviously made this location a good laugh only b/c I'm so crazy about WC & even though wrong, my order is always fresh. I do, however, think about the amount of food that is wasted, potentially assisting in greater costs passed on to customers. Someone please help this location. Worst experience ever, from start to finish!! Waited at drive thru for close to 10 mins with no other customers there, finally placed order, took a bit to get the order, but was ok nothing major, got home and went to eat, order was somewhat correct, ordered 5 mozzarella sticks, was only given 3 yet charged for 5!! Ordered a 6 pack of sloppy joes, 2 had a lot of meat on the bin, 2 had very little meat, and 2 were bare buns with NO MEAT!!! Tried to eat the ones that had meat and there was so much salt in the sloppy joe, they weren't even edible, to me anyways, I have high blood psi, finally ordered my favorite onion rings from there and was highly disappointed there as well, not sure how they did it, but they were way overcooked yet soggy and stale tasting?!! So out of the whole meal the shakes 2 sliders were all we could eat and even the sliders were grease soaked!!!!! Been there many times and had great service and food, either have new people that think they're funny for serving food.like.tjay or just that damn stupid!!! I'm disabled and have to depend on other people to get around,. otherwise I would have brought that whole order back and shoved it so far up someone's rear, they could have read the ingredients!!!!
