Golden Blossom Buffet — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

I've been coming here for YEARS. the food is pretty good and the people are nice.

But I'm rating it low because today(Sunday) we went and my family paid for me. When we were going to leave we decided to purchase a 25¢ Sucker.

Well we happened to be dining with a friend who brought her granddaughter and my family did not pay for her.

Well the lady at check out decided that was MY bill even thought I explained to her that was NOT MY BILL. I did not order Pepsi or tea but this lady INSISTED I HAD to pay a bill that was NOT MINE. wouldn't let me leave till we did. Despite the person who did owe the bill still sitting at the table.

I was in a hurry to get to work so a nice gentlemen happened to pay the bill.

But i am so dissatisfied with how this situation was handled and that the lady either refused to listened to what I was saying or was not capable of properly communiticating. So I'm posting this here so either they have to acknowledge they messed up or other people can be warned about this mess up and lack of accountability.

Either way here is your warning to be careful with...

First time here in Jeffersonville Indiana Golden Blossom Chinese food restaurant, called my order in & it was ready for pickup & carryout in 10 minutes. I ordered the #50 Chicken & broccoli, it comes with a separate container of white rice & ordered 2 egg rolls that were packaged separately. When I picked up the bag it was heavy & thought man theres alot of food here! So the drive back to work took 10 minutes & after opening the lid could tell right away this was Authentic Chinese food & it was piping Hot! Total came to $11.00 even & So Worth it, as I could only eat half of this meal so figure $5.50 per serving & I can eat alot! I got a to go menue while I was there and will definitely return to this fabulous restaurant soon also the lady & man at the counter immediately waited on me as I entered & were extremely friendly with smiles, so if your looking for good quality fresh authentic Chinese food this is your place in southern Indiana. And it sure beats wasting your gas sitting for about the same time in a fast...

Of all the Chinese restaurants in the area from Jeffersonville to Charlestown to Clarksville this place gives you the biggest portions for the best price!! The food has definitely gotten better ...you've done some improvements because for the last two or three years your chicken and your fried items have been gross and not fresh. But the other day.... the egg rolls, crab rangoon and the soup was delicious and fresh... we got a nice big portions, we ordered the general tso's chicken, Kung Pao chicken, orange chicken, moo goo gai pan and sweet sour chicken and everything was very good. VERY GOOD!

You must be listening to the comments or the complaints because you definitely made some improvements and we are very happy because now we can eat here again regularly. Thank you. I WORK FOR A HOTEL CHAIN AND I'VE LIVED ALL OVER THE COUNTRY and Southern Indiana and Northern Louisville is just the worst place for Chinese food so this really is the only place to go. They are worth eating at now .. it's...
