To begin, I would say 9 times out of 10, I utilize their Curbside service - rather than drive-thru or going inside & placing/picking-up my order at the counter. So, I suppose the point I'm trying to make here, is that I can't really rate any other service besides Curbside. HOWEVER! -- -- The only FAIR & ACCURATE rating I can leave here, would have to be.. 5 out of 5! The Mickey D's mobile app truly makes placing small AND large orders super quick & very simple & to the point! đ But, I should probably move along to the last area that I'll be rating today. Which is.. -- .. -- Yep, you guessed it! CUSTOMER SERVICE! The location that I find myself ordering at the most would have to be the McDonald's on Veteran's Parkway in Jeffersonville, Indiana - 47130. I believe this is the newest location as well, so I know that you are able to place to your order inside on one of their touchscreen kiosks - which in & of itself isn't anything new, right? BUT! -- Once you complete your order & are ready to make your payment, there is a kiosk inside only THIS location that you can actually PAY WITH CASH! I thought that was pretty great when I first learned about it. đ I mean, I don't know of ANY other, not just locations, but any other RESTAURANTS, (.. whether it be fast-food, or a sit-down dining experience..), that offer this awesome, new payment method. The last thing that I would like to add to my review here is really quite simple, but so, so, sOoOoOoOo very important! Again, CUSTOMER SERVICE, this is the final portion of my review. (I typically leave the best and/or most important for last!) I will keep this very simple & brief - any & ALL customer service that I have encountered while doing business at my good & ole faithful FAVORITE Mickey D's location has been nothing short of wonderful! -- -- W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L.

   Read moreI go here once or twice a week for lunch, because itâs only a couple minutes from where I work and the food is always good, sometimes the drive wait is longer than I would like and my foods been handed out to the wrong person a couple times, but Iâve never been more than mildly annoyed by that because I know fast food is difficult and it can get stressful when youâre right in the middle of it. But today, I went to pick up the exact same order Iâve been getting at this McDonald since it first opened with NO issue and was handed the wrong size drink. Told the woman at the window I had actually gotten a medium not a small, and she told me that the cup WAS a medium. I showed her the sizing for the cup and explained I could see it was a small, and I had ordered a medium and wanted the correct drink, and she acted like medium cups didnât exist and started acting like I was crazy for wanting the proper size. She then left the drive window open while she went further inside to rant and complain to her co workers about how I wanted a drink the right size, and asked if I was wanting a large in a really rude tone. I said I just wanted a medium because it was what I was ordered and she was still acting like I was an idiot for asking for the proper drink. She then took the small back inside and asked me to pull up to the second window, which I thought was odd considering itâs just a Dr Pepper but I didnât comment because that wasnât as important. She brought me the medium after a couple minutes and when I thanked her she just rolled her eyes and slammed the window back shut. Super super disappointing considering Iâve stuck with this location for so long through the other minor frustrations and really frustrating. Genuinely one of the rudest fast food workers Iâve ever seen in my life đ. I like the locations food and convenience but she really makes me not want to come back again.    Read moreLet me begin by stating that this is the rudest experience I have ever had at a McDonalds and after receiving our order of a #1 combo (that had to be pointed out multiple times upon ordering) and 2 hamburger happy meals with no toys for the kids, we had an attendant tell us to hurry up in the drive thru as we pulled up and with a minute of being in the drive thru had 4 car pull up behind us which was told to us by the drive thru attendant. With his rude snarky remark, I ordered as fast as I could with 2 children in the car that are under the age of 7. If you have children, you know itâs never a fast experience. So having the pressure and the rude comments from the drive thru attendant was just unacceptable and completely inhospitable. I pulled up and gave the attendant my card where the attendant continued to berate me and my family and I was not having it. The leader in charge pulled the attendant from the window and tried to have a conversation with me as the attendant just kept egging me and my family on by pointing to a camera as he continued to show horrible guest service and be rude. The leader in charge apologized and said they would deal with the attendant. I pulled up to the next window where the next attendant told us âthank you for not holding back and calling out the attendant for rude behavior as the rude attendant had told the attendant now talking to us to âGo back to Africa!â. This rude and racist employee cannot continue to work at McDonalds as I donât believe that this is what the American brand and staple stands for.
