Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes until I got my food. When they handed me my food, ot felt light for what I ordered so I asked if it was all there. Not one but two employees said yes so I drove away. I then decided to pull off and check after thinking about all the other times I had gotten home and realized all the food wasn't there. Of course I was missing 2 items that added up to over $6. Went back to the restaurant and tried going inside but the doors were locked,even though the employees that had just told me all food was there, look right at me with my food in hand and ignore me. So I had to go to the drive thru a second time. I let the drive thru worker know that I was missing 2 items and they told me to pull forward. After another 15 minutes I finally got to the window and was handed my 2 missing items and an apology. So after more than 40 minutes I finally have all my food. By the time I got to eat I had 2 warm items.My other 6 items that I had got on my first trip were cold. If they had put some meat on my food it might have stayed warm, but everthing was pretty much lettuce. Barely any meat, a few sprinkles of cheese, a drop of sour cream and a mountain of lettuce. I'd say that 75% of my visits at this taco bell my order wasn't all there. If you have the time to drive further down 10th st to the other taco bell it would definitely be in your best interest. I have never received such poor customer service in all my life!. When going through the drive-thru and advising the worker that I didn't get the complete order I paid for, I was then treated like an inconvenience and told that's not what I ordered when I clearly asked for what was missing and the drink sizes were handed out the window as small when they were asked to be large. I didn't get a whole meal, and was charged incorrectly! The manager proceeded to come to the window and Cuss at me and call me a Karen etc and slam the window in my face because I complained. I had already paid I just simply wanted what I paid for that's all! I then drove around the building to go in and ask for his name and manager's contact number and the door was literally slammed in my face and locked and I was advised that he was calling the police on me and he refused to give me his name to report. What was sad was another manager was outside on break and overheard what was happening and he apologized for everything and saw the guys had me in tears.. the man that was rude was the general manager!!! He should not be a manager AT ALL .... EVER! Nobody deserves customer service like that or deserves to be treated that way if I was wrong for speaking up and stating that the order was wrong, may God forgive me....But I did nothing but ask for what I paid for. This Taco Bell has gone down through the years. I should know because I eat way too much Bell...lol. But anyway my latest experience here will be the last. I waited at the counter for over 12 min before the lady in the drive thru (who I feel very sorry for, as she had to do both jobs) came and took my order. So after an additional 12 min I asked the two young men making the food how long it was going to take on my food? That I had been waiting over ten minutes... His response was to look at the screen and tell me it was only 8 minutes! Which was untrue... I then reminded him that I also had to wait over ten minutes to even place my order. Toy surprise I heard him lean over and tell his co-worker, that I would get my food, when I get it. Of course upset I told them that my frustration came because all the people in drive thru are being served with out having to wait. After all this when I did get my food it was lukewarm at best, also I asked him for ten mild sauce because they had No SAUCE at all out. To get up the road and only had 4. For a Taco Bell junky like me it's not gonna work!!! Anyone in Jeffersonville if possible just go to the Bell on the other end of tenth Street... It's well...
