I thought a couple years ago Jena, La McDonald's could NOT get any worse! However, tonight was BEYOND the WORST I have ever experienced anywhere! I waited in the drive thru 15 minutes before I ever got to order (there was 4 vehicles ahead of me, 4th was ordering) and had to deal with a slightly grumpy and rude person. Once I finally made it to the window (about 10 minutes later) to order, I then waited approximately 3 minutes to pay..because the guy was sitting down on a crate on his phone. Then I sit 15 more minutes waiting to get to the pick up window. I then pull over to a side parking spot to check my food because 4 outta 5 order are always wrong (you can order a pain burger and medium coke and it'll be wrong đ) and of course my 10 pc. chicken nuggets are missing. I got inside and tell the manager and decided to order 2 of the $1 burgers and I wait another 30 minutes for 2 burgers and a 10 pc chicken nuggets!!!!! The sad part is, is there wasn't many customer's inside or honestly outside in the drive they for that matter! The customer's inside and the customer's outside were not happy and a couple even got refunds. However, I sure and glad I got to McDonald's BEFORE the softball team and parent's made it there! If you're ever in Jena, La and are looking for something to eat...avoid McDonald's! Honestly tho....how hard is it to make a 6 piece nugget happy meal??    Read moreI took my granddaughter out for the day, and she wanted to go to McDonaldâs to eat and play in the playground. When we arrived and went inside, we found no other customers in the place besides one poor old man who had apparently been waiting way too long.
The âworkersâ kept coming to the front of the store to ask him questions and completely ignored my granddaughter and me. We didnât even get a âWeâll be with you in a minute,â a âHi,â or anything else.
When the old man finally got his food and started to leave, he looked at me and said, âGood luck, youâre going to need it.â
So, I waited and waited and finally decided to use their kiosk, which was broken. I tried the second one, which was âClosed.â (Side note: if youâre going to ignore your customers at the counter, your kiosks should 100% work.)
I then tried the app, which couldnât even find the store I was standing inside. We waited and waited, and no one ever came to the front of the place to wait on us. After about 15 minutes of not even being greeted, we left and went to your competitor next door.
You can rest assured that I will never step foot in this McDonaldâs or any other McDonaldâs again. This level of disregard for customers is completely...
   Read moreOn March 25th, we waited about 50 minutes from the time we drove in until receiving our food due to a McDonaldâs corporate inspection. I understand safety & quality control from corporate is absolutely necessary, but when their inspection slows down the normal operation and flow of customers getting their orders in a timely manner, I donât believe corporate would be pleased with that specific inspector for what transpired yesterday. Their inspector & inspection did the exact opposite or what McDonaldâs is going for.
We got barely warm sandwiches due to the inspector holding everything up. The McDonaldâs worker was nice and apologized for the extremely long wait and upsized our fries as Iâm sure she did for the other customers that chose to actually stay in line at the drive through and order.
