Ordered food and made sure it would be done by the time my boyfriend had work. Went there. Turns out they gave my order to someone else. Had to wait for it to be remade. When I asked if I could get some sort of discount cause now not only am I in my pjs thinking I was just gonna get food ran out. I have to go to my boyfriend's work as well. And I had to wait 20 mins. SHE OFFERS ME A COOKIE. So I left. I'm not paying 40+ dollars for food that wasn't ready and managers that didnt seem to care. Went to sonic right after. Service was perfect. Forgot a drink. Apologized and brought it out to me charge free. And I thought I was going to splurge and eat out tonight not cook, get some good food for the bf. Completely ruined my night. They even patronized me and asked if I 'was sure' noone else picked it up. I'm from ohio. No they didn't. The servers where nice but screw the management and their attitude. This little place is a hidden gem! My wife and I passing thru to Natchez and saw the sign, decided to give it a try. The staff are very friendly, and very willing to help with the great selection of soups, sandwiches and salads. My wife had chicken salad sandwich, pasta salad, myself the triple decker sandwich with grilled brussel sprouts, and the fried green tomatoes. We sampled each other’s, and they were all delicious. Around the store were unique vintage items, things you don’t see just anywhere. The prices are very reasonable, and with the quiet atmosphere, will beat fast food chains any day.
