Where did my tip go? We've been in several times and have been told that employees do not receive tips that are added to credit card purchases. I accidentally added a tip, now both the employees and I were jipped. A lot of people don't carry around cash. If digital tips aren't given to employees that option needs to be removed from the credit card machine. Now I'm out some money and the very kind employee didn't get what she deserved. We do enjoy your drinks, thus not giving a 1 star review.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: Several of your employees have said this. If they really get tips on their paychecks then it sounds like some employee education needs to happen. There is even a sign posted that says they don't receive tips from credit card purchases. I'm so used to quickly picking a tip amount at checkout that I didn't notice the sign until afterwards. My bet is I'm not the only one who has automatically tipped on the credit card machine. The employees genuinely seemed sad that they wouldn't...

Ok this place is a hidden Gem at the outlets! We didn't want to wait in line at Starbucks so I looked up another coffee shop and this came up. They can make hot lattes and even added a shot of expresso, delicious! We also tried a Tea with expresso over ice and it was good (liked the hot coffee better though). What I didn't expect is the prepackaged macaroons that they ship from the south of France!! I've had some great macaroons but for prepackaged, this was a homerun and the flavors were bright and all delicious. I hear they will start serving food soon so we look forward to coming back. This is kind of funny. We were in there for a few minutes looking at the menu with no employee in sight. After a while I went and looked past the kitchen to see the associate sitting down in the back, staring at me with an open mouth. I said hello? And he just kept staring blankly, mouth still open, with no response. We then continued to wait for another minute, as I thought I had gotten their attention, only for them to still not move. To this day I can’t say for sure if it was a real person or a dummy back there, and I will never know how...
