Went to the Bryant Park Holiday Market pop up shop, and ordered the Bureka box which was supposed to come with one large Bureka (or three small) with 4 sidesā a tahini, a tomato dip, pickles, and schug.
The woman working the stall informed us that they were out of all of the small size flavors, so the only option for the Bureka box was one large cheese Bureka. I ordered this and understood that Iād be getting one large one instead of three small. For $15 plus tax I figured I was paying the up charge for a holiday market, plus all of the sides etc. so I ordered it.
Upon opening the box, the pickles and the schug sauce were missing. The woman said they ran out of schug and that the jar of pickles was too hard for her to open, so she wasnāt going to open it. If Iād been told that 2 of the 4 sides would be missing from the box I wouldnāt have ordered it in the first place. I ended up paying $17 total with tax for a single Bureka (which was okay) and two tiny containers of tahini and tomato sauce.
In short, the Bureka was okay, and I understand that holiday markets sell out of things, but it seems deceptive to let someone pay for a full box knowing theyāre only going to...

Still gave 5 stars for the lovely young lady who served me and also the flavor is sweet and delicious. Google recommended I stick it in the oven for 10-20 min at 350 degrees to cook it through.but it didnāt work. $7/$13...

They have such fun and creative flavors (ube nutella oreo & peanut butter cup are our favorites), and the texture is perfect. I will never be without these - I order a pack of minis and they freeze perfectly. Couldn't recommend...
