Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jersey City

Went in to get a Cinnamon Vanilla Iced Coffee and was told it could be made decaf. Old, toothless man came out and said it can only be made with caffeinated. No problem. I asked for a large ice decaf coffee extra ice w/ 2 creams. He said it comes with 4 creams, but he'll do it with 2. He put 4 pumps of vanilla( didn't ask for that) cream, but when he tried to put the decaf coffee in from the house, it sprayed a couple of spurts. He tried to do it again and old coffee came out in little spurts as they were out. He then went to the caffeinated coffee and filled it up. I said I wanted decaf. He put his dirty cl9ved hand that was touching underneath the coffee bar. Shook it in my face and said NO. NO DECAF! An older lady behind the counter just stood their looking with a RBF. Sign on the counter says 2 donuts for $3 + tax. I got 2 donuts but was charged $4.39. When I asked the guy said that that sign is old and he was very rude. He then went on to say go there is no cash here I can’t give u back. I told him that if that’s how it is I want a refund I don’t want it I did not touch the bag he said no he can’t do. He even said call the cops tell them. I took out my phone to call them he said I can give u another donut is that ok. So I said ok and he did but then he took my receipt when I asked him for it back he said he cannot give me because he gave me the extra donut. Honestly if I was not with my kid I would have called the cops and waited to find out why I cannot get my receipt. Unacceptable behavior and terrible...

The service was that terrible today, I thought she is the manager or I don’t know because she has blue shirt (something different then the other workers) she looked mad face just took the order and she did my coffee but my caramel cappuccino was awful , it’s was basically milk but even the milk tested weird. I throw it on the garbage the whole coffee because I was already in another town when I realized it !!!! If you do not want to work don’t do it or if you work with people at least just smile and do your job a bit better!!! The other workers were friendly and smiled to the costumers! Btw i been that store many times , it was always good workers and better coffee then the other Dunkin Donuts but today I just put my money in...
