The Heights Eatery — Restaurant in Jersey City

First order was the Mediterranean lamb on a salad base with hummus and pita. It was fantastic. No need for us to travel to the Halal Guys anymore! The lamb was juicy, the salad was fresh. The following day we tried the Mongolian beef with rice and the Hawaiian-style beef burger. The Mongolian beef was served with brown basmati rice (my favorite kind of rice) and was delicious. The burger was good... note that it's well-done by default but they will cook the burger to your preference if you let them know. Jimmy the owner is very friendly and I wish them all the best. We'll be regular customers.

A great new addition to food options in The Heights! The prices were fair and the service was so friendly and welcoming. I got to try a sample of their lamb & chicken over rice, (some of which I intended to save for my roommate, but it was so delicious that I finished it all!) I ordered the pita and hummus; which was a generous serving size and was also very yummy. We will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend...
