Lucky Star — Restaurant in Jersey City

Do not buy from here. I ordered my lunch online and paid for it and when I picked up he told me he was going to charge me fifty cents because I used a credit card to pay. I asked if it stated that online and he said yes but it does not. Then he ran my card and said it was declined! And definitely I had money on my card. Then he went on that people don't usually order online for one thing. I said every single business around here takes my orders for my lunch except you are giving me a problem. I order food with drinks they did not bring my drinks and when I call the lady back she told I did not order and that I had to pay for it right after she took order. Then she told that the delivery guy had 3 more deliverys and said he would not come back for 1 soda. Then the owner got on the phone and told me to go to the store and buy a soda there. Worst customer service experience ever. My friend told me to stay away from there there insulting rude disrespectful. And there food no good it's taste like rubber. There unprofessional and don't communicate well. I recommend everyone not to order from this place if you really want to get your money worth. The food is good (in accordance with the values charged), BUT WHAT IS TERRIBLE IS THE DELIVERY SERVICE.
