Wonder Bagels — Restaurant in Jersey City

Wonder bagel haven't been here in a while this is there store at route 440 north jersey city ,nj I was greeted the usual as I got in store. I guess covid 19 got a whole them real good the staff behind the counter was practically non exiten I ordered my food as I was waiting I looked at the cooler I noticed the limited amount of drinks I look to the left there was a machine which h was appears broken I was shocked at the limited amount of drinks they had I really wanted a snapple but had to settle for orange juice as I paid and was walking out the had another machine in the corner out view loaded with snapple I wasn't happy it there style to haven't broken machines sitting around and another hidden I didn't return my orange juice since I used the card I didn't want to go threw the whole card reimbursement so I left . I guess they changed management as well someone should have had machetes switch around or a cheseey sign on the broken machine snapple to the left but I guess that was too hard wonder bagel...

This is the worst wonder bagel in Jersey City, you’re better off waiting in line in downtown. Where do I start 2-3 people came after they took our order and they got their food before us. We got two bacon egg and cheeses the first one they put so much mayo and ketchup just in the middle that it was not even possible for my partner to eat it, then they gave him my bagel which was burnt. Then to make matters worse my bagel was missing the ketchup, so I went back inside to please ask them to put ketchup like I asked and they literally looked like I was bothering them when they got my order wrong in the first place then on top of that they put ketchup only in the middle where the bagel was split in half and they put so much that I was unbearable I couldn’t even eat it. Worst place I’ve ever eaten at terrible customer service not to mention the person on the grill was holding phones and talking to people with the same gloves he used to handle the food. Just plain disgusting....

This location ive worked at and got let go bc i brought to the manager Saleem (Sal) attention that the other employees are dropping muffins and bagels on that floor its nasty as it is, they pick it right up making sure customers are not looking or around amd put it right in the display or bins to still sell them They are also evading the taxes theyd have to pay by not having a single worker there on the books The fridge where the steak meat etc is kept smells rotten at times They do not and i mean they do not serve decaf they use caffeinated in both brews I refused to comply with the violations in the food industry they are committing and the illegal tax evasion as well They have a huge volume of customers and its a shame not a single one knows this is going on These guys pick their noses and asses and still handle your food I am not here to defame this business im here to expose this and some more in jersey city who are violating...
