I used to go to this nail salon often. However, I went in to get a pedicure at 7:15 PM, they close at 8 PM. Two technicians were doing nothing but sitting at their desks and one lady who was doing a pedicure yelled in an angry manner. Now I do not understand the language she spoke, however, doesn't matter what language you speak you can read body language and can tell it was not very nice. The gentleman at the reception said, "I'm sorry it's too late." Really?! 45 minutes till closing and I'm late, while two technicians sat at their desk? I usually don’t write reviews but after this horrible experience I have to. Few times I have gone to this place for mani and pedi. The job is ok not the best but ok. However last night I went for first time to wax my legs and this morning my legs were burnt all around my two legs. The person who did the waxing is the Daugther of the owner, who supposed to be very trained (I assumed). During the waxing I told her that the wax was very hot. I went to get my eyebrows done and the woman made them extremely thin. When I asked her why she told me that how it’s to be done. You wanted your eyebrows done I did think. Not only did she thin my eyebrows out she burned my skin. When I asked for a refund she refused to refund me and refused to give me the contact information to a manager.
