Finally tried this establishment after hearing good things. Let’s start with the customer service. Terrible. The woman behind the glass is smug, impatient and short with customers. She should find a different job if it drains her so immensely to converse and answer questions regarding the menu. Now, as for the food? Leaves much to be desired. Their version of “fried chicken wings” is 6 party wingettes that they claim are 3 wings cut in half. They also don’t fry them like a typical chinese restaurant, they almost roast them, maybe air fry them. Bland in flavor. Fried are flavorless, soggy and they give you a portion that is child sized. The shrimp roll is a joke. It’s tinier than the egg roll and wrapped in spring roll paper, which is thinner than the usually thick and crunchy egg roll wrapper. I cut it in half to check it out and I kind you not there was ONE tiny shrimp, a massive amount of undercooked cabbage and tiny shreds of white meat chicken. Never ordering here again. Lastly, the environment is dingy, dirty and unwelcoming. Since the start of covid they’ve obviously changed their establishment to make it take out only and that’s cool, but they treat the area for customers like storage where everything is...

Read moreI've been to this establishment on more than one occasion, and the food is always good. However today my order was put in incorrectly, so I asked for what I wanted to go. Obviously there was some sort of miscommunication because I sat for almost an hour before I had to ask what was happening with my order. At this point the waitress came back to the table and took the rice in my bag back to the kitchen a few minutes later my box appears after waiting an hour. Smh. So I check my bag only to find out they used my original rice and just added in the ingredients to make it what I'd asked for initially. When I tried to communicate that no mistake or order should take an hour or more to fix and not be fixed correctly the young lady just said that it is what you ordered and what did you want? They saw absolutely nothing wrong with the fact I'd waited patiently for over and hour and still gave me mediocre made over food. Absolutely No Customer service what so ever. Sadly, this will probably be my very...
