Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jersey Village

**Updated Revew: this Taco Bell has done a great job cleaning up & putting service 1st! There's no more errors and looks like there's care and attention being paid to while making the food. I think they completely fired the old teen kids and have a great staff currently. Keep it up!

Old review: I got food poisoning the first day they opened. Management does not care about their staff because the staff are so careless & make the most disgusting UN-EDIBLE food out of all the Taco Bells. They touch their phones, get hair in your food, and play around so much that you're probably eating so much bacteria and nastiness. The employees themselves do unhygienic practices while cooking and just want to get $$ or their day over with. They don't care about their food, or customers. If you want food poisoning, this is the place to go. I live on Fallbrook and I used to walk to this location, it's so close but I still drive 10 mins to 249 for a better Taco...

I've been to the restaurant 6 times since they've opened. The first time I sat in their drive through 12 minutes before the guy in front of me said that no one ever asked him what he wanted to order. 4 times in a row my order was either wrong or they were out of the items I asked for. Today I went to buy their $5 meal and was told they don't sell $5 meals at this location. I understand that they've just opened but I gave them 6 chances before leaving a review. I was eagerly waiting for this location to open and they've completely disappointed me. To me, at this rate you can close this location just like the taco bell that was at 12076 V.M. I only went there about 6 times ever because of their prices and service. I'd rather drive to 1960 or west road before going to this location again. The night shift is lazy as hell. I asked for 2 Beefy 5 layer burritos and 2 nacho cheese sauce. Not only did they NOT give me the cheese I paid for, but they had the audacity to make one burrito with barely anything inside, and the second burrito they literally put a regular soft taco inside a bigger tortilla. I went back to have my food remade and the dumb workers still made it wrong, they still put it as 2 soft tacos inside a bigger tortilla. They didn't add the sour cream.
