Krazydog — Restaurant in Jersey Village

This was our first time going in this restaurant and I will never go again. The customer service was really bad. I mentioned to the cashier that this was our first time ordering from Krazy Dog. And there was no explanation on how the ordering was to be. I thought a corn dog had a weenie in it like all the other corn dogs I’ve eaten. I didn’t know you had to order I guess sausage in your corn dog. So I paid$16.00 for three corn dogs with no weenie just batter, mayo and cheese. What a waste of money. My husband and I have called 4 times to speak to a manager because we want a refund. And no one has called us back. This happened on May 13,2025. And I just called again May 19,2025 and spoke to the same girl who took our Oder and was not helpful at at. She said I can’t do nothing about you calling here and wanting to speak to the manager. She has no customer service what so ever. I wanted the number to the main corporate office and she said they were a small family owned business and there’s no main number. I still have the corn dogs I paid for and my receipt we didn’t even eat them. They were so gross how are we supposed to just eat corn dog batter and mayo and cheese. I will never give this place another chance. The customers should be heard and not taking advantage of. They took my money and we didn’t even get to enjoy our corn dogs. Shame on these managers and owners of this restaurant. I will definitely give y’all a bad recommendation to all...

Stop at Krazydog & was not disappointed! Tried the Volcano, American, & Sweet Potato dogs & was definitely liked each one for different reasons.

Of the three, I would say the Sweet Potato was my favorite! Sweet & crunchy with a perfect balance to the hotdog inside.

The Volcano was my 2nd favorite because of the hot Cheeto crust, I wish I would have added cheese on it, but I will next time!

The American is the traditional corn dog & it is a contender to other establishments. If you're not adventurous but want a familiar corn dog, you won't go wrong here.

Cheese Fries were surprisingly good, and so was the strawberry slush which had a nice thick consistency & was very sweet, maybe a smidge too sweet. (I like sweet btw) Could have been heavy on the sweetener this day, might want to ask for a cup of water to wash it down. Lol

The quality of the actual hotdog really helps Krazydog stand out & the reason I will be coming back!

Priced excellently! This is a great place to lunch or after school & not break the bank! If you're in the area & tired of regular fast food, this is a great quick option!

RUDE customer service the front cahier told us "I dont know what yall have to do but yall need to leave we are closed" in a rude tone . we had gotten there around 8:30 pm and ordered dessert and 6 hotdogs we were eating them at the establishment and shortly after we order 3 more we got them around 8:50pm . The store had several customers seating down and eating i would say like 15 people or more still there and some had just received their hot dogs too. She yelled at everyone to get out the establishment and some people where visibly upset and where still eating and had to get up with their food still in the plate and get out.
