Very bad experience. I ordered for delivery getting the brisket steak. I however received the meat burned, hard and distasteful. So much so I called and was notified to call back and wait until Oscar got back from break. I went up there instead. When I entered I spoke with Oscar and he told me there was nothing he could do but give me tortilla chips (which already comes with the meal) and a drink. I wasnāt satisfied with that because I paid for delivery, and thereās an up charge when delivering. He said because I ordered online he could not give me my money back which I said ok to. I asked for my troubles can I get an extra scoop of meat. He replied no and said he is not willing to give more meat just tortillas chips and a drink. He then told me to stand back in line and wait to get my food made. Him and Daniel both knew the meat was hard because when I first called Daniel tried to explain to me why it was hard and burned (because it was the last of the meat and it had been sitting). Oscar told me if I donāt like what heās telling me I can speak with Louisiana, which he said is his manager. I still have yet to get thru to anyone. Oscar questions the location of my order, therefore I show him the order confirmation and location. He informs me that he doesn't have my order and its because I'm there too early. My order pick up was for 1430, I was there at 1425. I say ok I'll wait, when another worker comes and ask me for my name again to no avail my order isn't there. I once again confirmed my location and confirmation of my order to this location. Oscar tells me there's nothing he can do. I ask to speak to the manager, he claims to be the manager. I ask to speak to his boss, he says there's no one above him. I ask him to whom does he call into, every one has a boss. He tells me to talk to the app. I informed him I need a person not a chat box as I paid for my order. Oscar proceeds to give me Juana's number but conveniently she's on vacation. No refund was offered, no offer made to retake my order, no apology was offered. Oscar was completely unprofessional in this manner. His lack of customer service is less than stellar. Today I went as usual and ordered my salad and lrg drink.
Went to place my items down and get a fork to eat my salad.
It was full of spoons and knives with no forks.
I kindly asked at the register for a fork and was told they out of forks.
Its impossible to eat a salad with a spoon and they just brushed me off like thats not their problem.
I went back to my table and returned to my untouched food to the cashier requesting a refund.
The cashier was unable to do so, so he let the Manager Apprentice know.
She responded with a rude and bothered statement, āIts going to be about 5 minutes before I can refund you as Im busy right now.ā
I waited few mins then pulled out my phone and started video recording and narrating my experience.
At that point she came to the register and with attitude gave me a refund.
With the type of service I received today, I will no longer be coming to this Chipotle again.
I ended up driving over to Chick-fil-a where they were fully stocked with forks and receiving excellent customer service with every employee interacted with regardless of how...
