I’m reaching out to share a disappointing experience I had at your new location. I visited the drive-thru for the first time to try the food, and unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. The employee taking my order, whose name was Esmeralda, spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional tone. As a first-time customer, I expected a warm and welcoming interaction, but I left feeling disrespected. Hoping to resolve the issue, I went inside the store to speak with the manager, Emperatriz. However, I was met with more frustration. Rather than listening to my concerns, she repeatedly interrupted me and did not seem willing to cooperate or understand the situation. Just some soggy chicken. My husband went inside and they said they didn’t have any legs after they told us they did. I went on their grand opening and had a horrible experience the lady at the drive thru charged my card 1x and I showed her on my phone that the transaction had gone thru and the staff all argued that it didn't so they charged my card 2x.
