B & B Taxidermy — Local services in Jersey Village

So there I was, last-minute planning with our African safari only days away. Luckily the internet led me right to B&B as the leader in not only taxidermy but the info and contacts needed to overcome the hurdles of getting my trophies into the US and through all the government agencies. Heather was fantastic, taking my call on a Friday afternoon to thoroughly explain the process. Then she goes on to tell me she would have my personalized laminated game tags ready in about an hour. ( normally this is requested weeks in advance and mailed to you) when I got to the shop i could instantly notice the top notch level of craftsmanship from every trophy on the wall. Heather then offers me a tour of the shop and hands me my bag of game tags . As I go through the bag at home i was pleasantly surprised to find a hat some koozies, other knick-knacks, and a handwritten note wishing me luck on my Safari. A small gesture, but folks this experience has been customer service...

I dropped off a set of antlers and a cape from a deer that I harvested in Kentucky. I received a phone call from them that an employee had left the cape out of the freezer and it was ruined. I expressed to the person on the phone that I didn’t want a south texas cape due to the color of the cape. They assured me that they would locate a similar colored cape and they would take care of it. When I went to pick up the mount, sure enough it had a grey south texas cape. I voiced my disappointment with the lady behind the counter and she immediately went and got someone to discuss this. After a very civil conversation, the issue is being resolved. The way they handled it is very professional. I will continue to use this establishment and will recommend them to anyone that I know. Accidents happen and I understand it. For them to investigate and correct the issue I give them kudos. I will be back. Very good...
