I never ever give1 stars but when i came to this store about 2pm on a sunday they only had a trainee and another girl working. I asked for a chibatta sandwich SPECIAL. I was told they dont make ciabatta bread on the weekend. I asked if i could make the chicken pesto on regular bread. Then i was told they dont have the pesto. Then i said id like a bowl of soup. I then was told soup wasnt offered till the fall. I had just visited this exact store the friday prior and enjoyed both ciabatta bread special and bowl of hot and delicious bowl of soup. So then i paid extra to get just the base chicken on regular 9 grain wheat bread no soup. Came home and honestly was the worse tasting sandwich ive ever gotten at subway. Then later i started having stomach crams...which later realized i had mild case of food poisoning. I thought chicken tasted funny and it was dried up when putting on sandwich. I dont blam the trainee bc she looked like she was just listening to other employee like it was only her 2nd day. Will not ever ever go back to this location. Which makes me sad. But im not taking chance of food poisoning again. I missed an important apt monday bc i was...
Read moreMy mobile subway order took nearly an hour to give me 2 sandwiches because they didn't know how to use a coupon on their own app! Miguel, one of the employees who took my order left me with another employee to fix the issue when he obviously he had no idea what to do. Other employee tried to call the manager in charge (Michelle) who did not answer no matter how many times she was called. Many customers were also trying to help us, upset because we were holding up the line, but employees did nothing to resolve the issue ASAP. I cannot believe how unprepared they are without their manager. They need to have a plan in place for these types of things. They were completely clueless about how to resolve any situation and need to have better management and have guidelines prepared. The manager at least needs to be reachable at all times and the employees need to know more about the job they are being PAID to do.
At the very least the store was clean and employees were polite about being clueless; also their eyebrows were on fleek but those were the only aspects I enjoyed of my experience on my visit to...

I’ve made several attempts to resolve this—calling the store, asking to speak with someone—but no one ever follows up. After checking other Google reviews, I see I’m not alone in having issues with Amánda.
What happened during my recent visit was completely unacceptable. Amánda threw a mayonnaise bottle into the spinach tub and didn’t clean it off or replace the contaminated ingredients. That’s a clear food safety violation and shows complete disregard for customer health.
What’s worse is that while her coworkers were trying to take our order professionally, she kept interrupting them and taking over—acting like she’s in charge and dismissing both customers and her team. It created an uncomfortable and chaotic experience.
This location used to be a regular stop for my family, but we won’t be returning. It’s disappointing to see such poor management and behavior go unchecked. I’ve now started going to the Subway near 290 and Jones, where I hope customer service and cleanliness are taken more seriously.
