The lady in the black shirt whom I’m assuming was the MOD answered the customer’s questions in front of me and turned around and hopped on her phone completely ignoring me as her phone call was more important. I quietly stood there for a solid 5 minutes periodically glancing at my watch and shaking my head at the utter rudeness of the MOD in the black shirt who walked over to the drive by window and proceeded to chit chat on her phone while I stood at the register waiting to be served. I felt this was extremely rude and poor customer service from a so called manager. Another employee in an orange short noticed I had been standing there for some time and asked if I had been served to which I shook my head. So he served me but his customer service was also poor. No how are you, thank you for your business just what do you want to order and here you go. Mann that’s some real “rock star” customer service (sarcasm) from both the guy in the orange shirt and the lady in all black whom I’m assuming was a manager. It almost seemed as if they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence and that I should be so lucky that they even served a paying customer. Guys pay attention to the 1 star reviews this location’s customer service is absolutely piss poor. I’m not sure if I’ll return to this location due to the horrible customer...

I drove 30 mins to this location just to avoid the traffic near the 34th street location. Once I got the kids feed and settled down for the evening I decided to eat dinner myself. JD has been our go to spot for the last 3 days since I've had my gallbladder removed and I love the tomato soup, so it was very disappointing when the only thing I can stomach was replaced with an extra order of seafood gumbo. I spoke with Rachel who seemed to be confused on how to handle the issue. I explained to her that my receipt was covered in chocolate milk (hey, I have kids) but I did remember the order number. It was strange that she wanted me to read the order from the receipt and the time of the order. So to satisfy her request I dug the nasty receipt out of the trash and told her what she needed to know. Again, seeming to not know how to handle the situation she requested that I put the receipt in a zip lock bag to bring it in to get my soup. Then she slammed the phone down at the end of the call. I have never worked in fast food but this situation was an easy fix in my eyes without all the extra hoops. I hope they refund the difference in soup price since they made such a big deal of a...

Thought I would try curbside, since I didn't want to wait 60-90 minutes for delivery on a slow Sunday (1/10/21) night. I pulled up and called the posted number. The gentleman put me on hold to look for my order, came back on the line and said it would be out shortly. That was the end of any good part of this review. In the next 20 minutes, there were 2 to go order pickups and 1 delivery driver pickup, and less than 5 cars in the drive through. There were no diners inside. As we approached 25 minutes of waiting, I entered the restaurant to see what the hold up was. My order had been bagged and was sitting on a shelf for over 15 minutes. The gal who was running the register said she just bagged it 5 minutes ago (which was a verifiable lie, as I watched her bag it and the receipt showed what time it was bagged). The same gal said she was sorry because her co-worker never told them I was there. At that time, I took my cold food and left. Everything from this point on is for a manager to sort out. Hopefully they will get it sorted out before they lose more customers, like they have lost me. With service levels this low, I don't expect this location to...

Who would’ve thought a simple lunch for two -here- would be $30? We can make better Ruebens at home—and will, or at least not come back here to eat. Formerly cold fruit was thrown on the hot plate with sandwich. Bottom of sandwich was soggy. I remember when it used to be in a side bowl. Cashier failed to say fruit or veggies were extra, used to could sub them out for chips. There was no display for the customer to see charges before a total. Salad bar is back—one time visit only—“reduced” price. Mea culpa for this being my first visit here post-covid. The manager informed me the prices have been jacked up three, or four times since the pandemic. He continued to be rude and called me a free-loader—wanting something for free. (Note the $90 I happily paid for Wagyu last month.) Then he just turned around, dismissing my valid concerns and stopped all communication with me. Restaurant was fairly disgusting. That hasn’t changed pre-covid, as I only have ordered to-go previously at this location.

6/29/21- take out is still disappointing. ranch is not even filled all the way in 4oz cup, had to pay for extra ranch (both were half filled) also, charged for an even smaller container of sour cream. Charged for muffins (which were stale and dry), so I would say take out is not the way to go if you want all these things. lettuce amount for takeout salad is skimpy, too. Sometimes they add way to much extras to over compensate, so I got 3 toppings and was still mostly cheese/croutons. Would def recommend to do dine in so you can control this and get all for price included, although, last time it’s only a one time trip for a so called reduced price, but atleast you can still load up. Also, if they forget something in drive thru they won’t really care you just have to go back and get it.

Ordered food through the app at 7:25 to be ready at 7:37. 7:41 was told they hadn't started my order. 7:43 I was then asked questions about my order. One was easy it had no bread because of my allergies and the other just make like I ordered it. What was there to question?? I didn't ask for a wrap, just shredded lettuce and no bread. Got my order at 7:47. 10 minutes late. What's your time worth to you?? Mine is valuable to me.
