The original recipe was extremely salty. The nuggets were not prepared to recipe specifications. The meal was horrible. The original recipe was hard and crispy it's was not cooked in the pressure cooker it was cooked in the fryer . So it was crispy original recipe. One of the sauce packs was open when I received my order.. which the wait times were horrible. When I called the general manager. She was very rude. She said her piece and rushed me off the phone.
She made excuses for the meal that was sold at her store. Original recipe is not supposed to be EXTREMELY SALTY . NOR IS IT SUPPOSE TO BE CRISPY. THE salt on the chicken was over powering. . If the region is satisfied with the product being priced at this store. The sales are likely down. No one one to buy a bucket of salt and be told it's sugar. I have managed akFC before. And this is not properly prepared chicken Some one is cutting corners. And it's costing the customers. And the to be told to bring the product back into the store the next day.this manager does not want to admit that her staff screwed up. If this is considered quality. Read moreI ordered the smokey mountain bbq chicken little....drive off....look into the bag to check the sandwich and it had mayo and pickle on it. Now..I know the original chicken little comes with mayo and pickle but I dont think the smokey mountain bbq chicken little suppose to have bb, mayo, and pickle....doesnt make sense. That being said....I came back to the drive thru ordering intercom and tried to explain to the lady of what I ordered and she remembered me and kept telling me "That IS the smokey mountain bbq" before I can even finish telling her what's on my sandwich that I'm looking at. I finally just told her "I'll see you at the drive thru window. I get to the window and she already has the window opened with her hand on her hip and starts telling me (with an attitude) "That IS the smokey mountain bbq!" several times until I asked for a manager. The manager came to the window and I asked for the young lady's name and she told me it and proceeded to remix my sandwich after I explain to her I did not want mayo and pickle on my sandwich. Read moreABSOLUTELY terrible! I still can’t believe we ended up waiting 48 minutes for our food. I pulled up to the window and was told it would be a 7 min wait. That’s fine it’s the weekend so I fully understand that fast food establishments can get busy. But here’s where it it’s odd. I was asked to back up and wait behind the drive through window, which I did, I figured they must have some type of timer to check how long customers are at the window. Well that 7 mins passed and I pulled back up to the window and was told “oh it’s not ready can you pull up away from the window by the post”, I pulled up. 7 more mins passed, and turned into 20 mins. By this time other cars are waiting behind me. I politely asked for a refund because we’d been waiting far too long, and was told by the manager Leoania that she was not allowed to issue refunds! This explains why we were waiting nearly an hour because I wasn’t giving KFC free money. More time passes and we were asked to move, and I asked why, the employee says you have your food, to which I replied, no I do not! The manger comes out and says “oh we’re sorry we gave your food to someone else. Finally our food comes out and it was TERRIBLE!!
