I'm so concerned about food poisoning, I don't even care about the management offered replacement (if I showed him pictures!). I will fight through my cc. I ordered a bigger plate with Beijing beef, orange chicken, and an extra side chow mein. I'll start with the side. My chow mein was all chopped up, not like someone cut it but like it fell out of a persons mouth, then put back on the stove, burnt it with a lighter, sold it to me. The box it came in smells like smoke, and I have all these tiny bits of noodles, burnt ends, burnt cabbage and onion, and blackend deflatted red peppers. The meat from my Beijing beef is to say the most questionable! First the top was just burnt and too crunchy, I knew it was to old but I was still hopeful there was some good meat but it started to be the texture of beef jerky, tiny tiny bits of soft chow mein noodles were inbedded in the beef. In all my years as a customer, I have never seen meat like that.... So I tried the orange chicken, it's rock hard, and had gray bits, so to be safe, I don't even swallow any. I would be happy to share my images if allowed, reciept, and food. I did blur out things, I felt a need to protect this kid. I hope it's a kid and not an adult making these kinda mistakes. I separated the worst ones to make the picture easiest.

I visited this restaurant while running errands and ordered a 2 entree plate with chow mein. After eating about a third of the meal, I found a dead ROACH in the bottom of the tray! I was so sick I regurgitated all that I had just eaten. I then contacted the manager and she did not seem overly concerned telling me this never happened before. So was she placing blame on me? I didn't appreciate that at all. It would have been better to simply admit they did not meet up to company standards, apologize and refund my money. All I received was a refund... no apology. When I returned the food, she didn't even bother to look at it as if to hurry me out of there. She asked me to leave my name and number for the regional manager but 3 weeks later, I have yet to hear from any company representative. My experience has made me more cautious about where we eat. After being a long time customer of the establishment, our family will never visit Panda Express again.

I'm changing my review of this place. Seriously 5 stars to 1. I love my Panda Express, but this location has issues. 1. Your fountain drinks are nasty and not worth the price you charge customers. The syrup is turned down to save money, or the lines need some cleaning or water filter replaced. Maybe its a trifecta of all. I've told the staff many times, and they do nothing about it. 2. They refuse to make some of the dishes they offer on the menu if it's getting close to closing time. There was over an hour left until they closed and they said they were out of that dish (and two other popular ones.) 3. The staff doesn't care about the restaurant or retaining customers. Either they are rude, careless, or just lazy. Save your money and skip this place. I'd travel an extra few miles to eat my Panda Express. I love the food, teriyaki chicken and super greens are fantastic. Don't plan on getting a smile, clean water, or the food you want if it's past 9 o'clock at this location. Remember, as customers; we have choices. There are plenty of other places to eat around this one, and I'll be taking my family elsewhere...

This location is in a major construction area and a few of the businesses around have sadly went under because of it so you would think they would be striving to stay around. Looking like they may have given up and will be next though. Have tried to go twice lately, pull in and see no one waiting in the drive through and a few cars in the lot. I get to the drive through window and start ordering only to be told they are out of the stuff I try to order. I'm not trying to order anything fancy, just orange chicken which I would think is by far their most popular dish and they would have plenty made. I'm then told it will be at least 10 minutes. I'm not waiting for 10+ minutes for fast food. Ended up going down the street and getting food both times. Only thing I can think of is maybe they send the weaker employees to the slower stores and promote the stronger ones to busier locations so this one is now suffering. Used to go all the time and never had any issues. After twice lately I will definitely be steering clear and either hitting a different Panda or a different restaurant...
