Burlington — Local services in Jersey Village

I went to purchase so items at burlington today and need to use the bathroom so ask the security guard at the front of the store what the code was he told me someone would be over to open the door. I went with my family to use the bathroom and one of the employees did not want to put the code to open the door to the ladies bathroom. She said wait until the person using the bathroom comes out to open the door for us. The person took more than 15 minutes. I was very upset and don’t understand what her reason was for not opening the bathroom door. Then I saw her at the register. This person needs to be retrained or replaced because if she is going to have an ugly attitude no one is going to come purchase items from here and specially if you can’t even use the bathroom. New store with cashiers that have no knowledge about how to do their job .. I have been there twice , the first time the cashier charged my card twice and didn’t know how to fix it,second time I went in for a return , once again the cashier didn’t know how how to process a refund, I had to stand there for 15 min because the manager was no where to be found and no one knew what to do , when the manager finally show up she was upset with the cashier , with me , and I guess with the world in general because she was bothered in her lunch time.
