I went to purchase so items at burlington today and need to use the bathroom so ask the security guard at the front of the store what the code was he told me someone would be over to open the door. I went with my family to use the bathroom and one of the employees did not want to put the code to open the door to the ladies bathroom. She said wait until the person using the bathroom comes out to open the door for us. The person took more than 15 minutes. I was very upset and don’t understand what her reason was for not opening the bathroom door. Then I saw her at the register. This person needs to be retrained or replaced because if she is going to have an ugly attitude no one is going to come purchase items from here and specially if you can’t even use the bathroom.
