First time buying from the Tomball Hwy 249. I bought 3 prime ribeyes and when I got it home to season them one the of the steaks was bad. The meat was mush. I called the market to let them know that the steak was bad to get a refund on just the one bad steak. Person over the phone said they don't have steaks and only fajita meat. Told them I just left there 30 minutes ago. Then the person hung up on me. I had to take a 20 minute drive to get there. So would be 40 minutes round trip. Brought back the steaks asking for a refund. They made me wait to get a refund. They put me on the phone with a Walter that told me he would call me back in a minute to see what he could do for me. Never got the call but the cashier finally gave me a refund. Needless to say I'm not going back to this place. Terrible service to go along...

The prices at this butcher are comparable to the large chain supermarkets, but with obviously higher quality. They carry a lot of prime grade beef, as expected, as well as wagyu, pork, and chorizo, tortillas, and sundry dry goods.
The staff were willing to hold products for me when I requested them for later pickup, and packaged my purchases nicely.
There is plenty of parking in front and back of the shop.
