I usually don't write negative reviews on just about anything. I tend to give most fast food establishments the benefit of the doubt and understand that you more or less get what you pay for (that is, average quality food and service). This location seems to have limboed under even that low bar, and it's clear that the franchise owner is running it into the dirt.
About a year ago this location wasn't so bad, and ordering online was no real fuss. Just pop into a stall, wait a bit, get your food, done. Recently, this process has become a joke. Expect 30 minute wait times for even the smallest and simplest of orders, all while 20 cars going via the drive-thru get served before you. And don't expect anyone to answer when you press the Call button either.
A shortage of items seems to be common as well. With global supply chain issues right now, I get it. But maybe it would be a good idea to let people know before they end up waiting obscene amounts of time? Staffing issues also seem to be a real big problem here. I've seen as little as two poor workers running back and forth on a busy Saturday. Maybe if they were properly staffed, they would have more time to ensure orders are made correctly.
On my most recent (and last) visit, I had the luxury of eating through a pint of straight vanilla ice cream, even though I had ordered a Reeces & M&M mix-in blast. It was thrown on top like an afterthought. This was after checking in at a stall for maybe 20 minutes, despite only ordering a slushie and said blast. Once it became clear no one was coming, I decided to hit the drive-thru. Conveniently, our order came out within seconds, which means our cold items were sitting out for who knows how long.
I can't find it in me to put too much blame on the workers, since I end up seeing a new face every time I go. But even if it's a little out of the way, making the drive to just about any other location would be better...

I was a little let down the lemon berry float wasn't avaliable anymore šlike can u just charge me an extra $1.50 for a vanilla cone and put it in there minus the cone? So my husband and I ordered just a #7 the foot long chili cheese coney, tots lemon berry slush and cheddar peppers. The tota were room temperature at best the lemon berry slush was not lemon or berry tasting. So upon checking there was pieces of strawberry and lemon slices just no flavor what so ever and when we tried to just let the manager know so maybe she could change whatever may need to be changed so the next person wouldn't be drinkless, she was very rude and seem bothered we pointed it out. Very disappointed in this sonic location will not be going back here I will make the extra 15 min drive to the one off beltway 8...

First we were giving our shakes without enough straws and onion rings they were lukewarm! I called in for a new fresh onion rings and was brought out the same onion rings, They obviously were heat it up! The reason why I know itās because I look at the onion rings and one on top hat no breading End it looks exactly the same when it came back out. The manager claimed his name was Trey and that he watched them remake the onion rings and that he would not give me a refund! Do not spend your money at this location very unprofessional, very rude, and wonāt be receiving my money!
