Can't order a Tuesday special through the app so I walked to order and use some of my reward points. There was a sign to order at kiosk on the counter. No problem. But turns out you can't order that on kiosk either. So I went to the counter and said "excuse me" and a lady came and I told her if I could get help ordering a Tuesday special. She said my manger will come shortly. I waited for a while along with 4 other customers behind me when I finally tried to get his attention. He told the lady in spanish "I don't know why they're standing there when there's a sign on the counter". Yes I read your sign, but I needed additional help! When he finally decided to come to the counter I let him know that he was rude and unprofessional and left ( along with 2 other customers) without ordering. If he would put as much effort into his customers like he does the designs in his hair, this place wouldn't lose...

Ordered the 12 piece boneless wing combo with 2 different flavors (wish they would say that garlic parmesan isn't a dry rub here like it is at most places...that sauce looks and tastes like over garlicky alfredo sauce). Got to work to eat my dinner, the chicken was still fairly warm so I assumed it was fresh especially considering it took almost 15 minutes for me to get my order. It was not. Tasted like re-fried boneless wings. Super hard and chewy. Couldn't eat them. Fries which are normally hot & crispy were cold and limp. It is less than 5 minutes from this location to my job so its not like I had it sitting in the bag for a while. No biscuit with combo. No ranch as requested. No napkins. Coke was flat. Read moreThe store is extremely slow, in the drive through and in the walk in lobby. I sat outside for over 20 mins while I watched 4 cars pass by me after they pulled me up. I went inside to speak with management, which was useless because they do not speak English. I was referred to the app for a refund and offered a weak apology. This store has consistently been horrible in service since it has opened. I hope they change this location to a different store or hire new staff/update their systems.
