I will never do business at this location ever again. And if someone I was with... insisted, I would prefer to drive to a JIB in ALASKA from Texas as opposed to THIS restraunt.
To start... my son has a pit bull for an emotional support service animal. The afternoon shift-lead still would not take our order until he and the dog were out of the restaurant.
Secondly, in response to my telling them I require a soft diet... they severely over-fried my onion rings. (I could've cut glass with one, not even the dog would eat them.)
Third, they were reluctant to serve my son... after I finished MY PORTION of a now split order.
Fourth, they chose to serve the next walk-in guest before taking MY SON'S PORTION of what has now become a separate orders all together.
Fifth, this crew cleared every dining room guest... (and many drive through orders) before my son got his food last, EVEN people who came in long after our orders. He told me one guest ALSO complained about their excessive wait.
Sixth, some of you may scoff at this one, but MY FAMILY AND I are loyal JIB patrons... this location DID NOT have any Jack Antenna Balls. (I really wanted one.)
Seventh, and certainly not least... The entire crew was Hispanic. There was absolutely no cultural distribution, which as it so happens: IS ONE OF JACK'S COMPANY POLICIES! (my son worked pin-balling at seven different restaurants for all three shifts in his region for over 4 years-)
Thank you GOOGLE, for...
Read moreJust left there at 9 pm.. ordered my food for pickup through Uber eats.. went outside and tell them I ordered through the app.. they said oh ok.. and then went to cleaning up the place as I imagine the shift was about to change.. 15 minutes goes past and I say “is it almost ready because the app said it’s been ready for 15 minutes now” and then she says “oh.. what you order…” and hands me a bag that’s been sitting up there on the table since I walked in. I said “why would you let me stand here all this time without asking me what did I order or use common sense and say wow there’s a bag of food there and nobody else here ordering maybe it’s his”…. So they tried to tell me it’s my fault because I didn’t explain it good enough for them. (I imagine English isn’t their first language) but they were so nasty and rude.. basically told me it was my fault they didn’t understand my order oh and get this “never apologized.. never even offered to make a fresh meal.. they really tried to give me food that has been sitting there for 15 minutes.
And last but not least the cook scratching all over his head and face.. no gloves on while making burgers.. the lady at the front was cleaning up and scraping the fry pit out NO GLOVES… since when do you make food without gloves on? I’m so frustrated about that I’m going to complain to upper management of...
Read moreTheir new burger is trash. Update so jack in the box wanted more information, GLADLY! I ordered the new all american bacon rib eye burger... 1st. The beef was old and dry. The only reason meat gets that dry is when the meat is old and the blood had drained out, its been sitting under lamps forever and a day, or the meat was severely over cooked. 2nd. The bacon was so small and dried out that i couldnt even taste it ... If that cow died in vein and was overcooked that poor pig who sacrificed his delicious belly probably experienced the same. Death in vein. 3rd the buns were SUPER stale and im fairly certain that they werent toasted, the fries were stale and freezer burnt... I threw the whole bag away after 3 bites. Ao as not to say only bad things... Oddly enough the eggrolls are ALWAYS GOOD... Who knew a burger joint that couldnt cook a burger but could fry the heck outta an egg roll! Lol! Soo... This is the in depth... Poor cow and pig, we should all share a moment of silence for their meaningless deaths. and the cook should have his spatulas removed and he should be handed a mop instead. TO THE BATHROOMS WITH HIM for what he did to that poor pig and cow. May they...
