This was our first time here figured we'd give a try since we've gone some where else for a long time. Upon arrival we were greeted by Jessica, seated and patiently waited (which was not long at all). Jessica started on my daughters hair, she actually took her time also watching and seeing Jessica knew what she was doing knowing what my daughter wanted. Then my turn, I've never had any one take the actual time to cut my hair the way it should be/the way I wanted it done!! Jessica your a lifesaver, we will definitely be coming here for all future hair cuts. I will def come here to get my color done as well!! Thank you so much Jessica, your amazing! Please in to see Jessica you won't regret it!!! Update: if you want color please don't go here! The lady Diane didn't listen to what I wanted and severely messed up my hair! STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE!! It does not look the photo I showed her, I had to go back 2 days later as she said she'd fix it, well she used the wrong color and made it worse! I got home and cried. I have never had my hair this bad before (EVER)!! I had to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed and was told they possibly could fix it but still look messed up! So now I'm having to fix it myself!! I'll never come back here for any color EVER!! They can cut hair really good but is a definite NO!!! PICS TO SHOW right to left....what i wanted and what i got! Just horrible, now i have to do a dark color (hopefully cover up the bad spots all over). Would give it a negative if I could. Decided to walk in and get a simple hair cut. Upon entering the older woman behind the counter made no effort to help me and instead stared so I politely let her know that I wanted a hair cut and she point to the seats and told me to sit and wait. After a short wait a woman invited back and asked my name and what I wanted. I showed her a photo of a hairstyle very popular right now which are Bettie bangs. She immediately made a face, laughed, and asked if I was sure as if I was joking. I reassured her it is what I wanted and she finally got started. Not once did she spray my bangs with water and she didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing even though I basically wanted straight across bangs. She did spray a bit of water to the back of my hair when trimming but that was it. No finishing product, no style what so ever, and now my bangs are shorter but not straight. And to make things worse the older lady had some really rude/invasive questions and comments about my septum. Come on lady it's 2017 get with the times and learn how to be respective to the people you are...

Jessica cut my hair. I've been trying to grow it out for over a year and I told her I'm trying to grow it all to one length I told her it was okay to layer the back a little bit but don't cut more than a half an inch and please do not cut any off the crown which used to be in a pixie cut and I'm trying to grow it out all one length down to the rest of my hair length and she cut over 2 inches off the hair coming off the top of my head I'm very disappointed in the haircut I told her multiple times please don't cut much more than half an inch off.
