New management destroyed this place about 10 months ago. Update- every morning I go in there, they have one door locked. I once was asked to unlock the door for them, because they were ready to have the dining area open. Since then, every time I go to leave, I ask them "would you like me to unlock this door for ya'll?" We even have a phrase for it ha "the secret door". Would ya'll like me to unlock the secret door for ya'll or nah? Every morning. Same question. They always thank me for opening it, or, they will say "nah you can keep it locked." Today, main manager that can't make a drink to save her life, runs up to me telling me "don't unlock that door, especially when our employees tell you not to." I immediately said "I never open or unlock this door without asking first. Literally. Never." She then said "Yes you do. one of my employees told me" which I know isn't true. Every employee working there in the mornings, knows That I ask first. Period. So I put this review here, in hope that one of the employees see this and tells her to stop attacking every customer that walks in. To accuse the ONLY person that ALWAYS ask if the employees would like me to unlock the door for them, the employees that ALWAYS asked him to unlock the door for them, and to lie and say "an employee told you." Is wild. She knows, no damn employee told her "I open that door without asking." I could get 6 of their employees to tell her otherwise. To disrespect someone (what if you accidently disrespect an influencer one day, with hundreds of thousands of followers online that wanted to match the pettiness and have this review section loaded with 1500 reviews sharing this story) and accuse them of something they never have done, at 4:30am... Read moreI’m not typically one to leave a review but i was pretty upset with this location and the one barista that took my order. It was my first time at this location so when I pulled up to the window there was no good morning, or greeting just “what can i get you”. Okay, I then proceeded to give my order of a grande iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, but after that she hastily asked if that was all (multiple times). I then asked about the new coupon for free cold foam, in which she added Vanilla cold foam to my order, I saw it on the screen and asked to change it to the Nondairy new brown sugar cold foam (because im terribly lactose intolerant). when that was changed she told me to pull up to the window. I usually like classic syrup in my coffee but honestly i felt too rushed to even attempt to say anything. At the window i wanted to confirm they had my cold foam and she said “got it” versus any alternative phrase like “i did get that coupon for you!” but nonetheless I paid in cash and when I received my drink it immediately looked off… there was no cold foam in general. Read moreAs soon as I arrived the employee seemed to have an attitude for absolutely no reason. They took forever to take my order although they were no other orders, one of the employees was just restocking some powder, and the other two were just trying to look busy although there was no orders that needed to be made. I ordered two drinks and one of them was made wrong, I told the employee and it was remade, although my other drink was made water downed and it was spilled all over the cup and she put it on the counter like that for me to get. As I wait in she asked me with an attitude if I was waiting for something else, I said yes as I also ordered two sandwiches. She goes over to the microwaves were the sandwiches are made and throw them in with such anger for a few seconds and then puts them in the bag and hands them which such aggression. The bag where she put my sandwhich was covered in chocolate. I don't understand what her problem was because it wasnt even busy and i remained calm and never showed attitude back. Im just disappointed I payed $7 for a water down matcha and had to wait about 20 min for my order to be made when the store wasnt busy.
