Grand Hunan Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Food was ready in 5 minutes (which honestly concerned me a little - I wondered if they were reheating it instead of cooking fresh). It was nice and hot when I picked it up, and the dining area was clean.

I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because it was at least 2 hours before closing but all the chairs were already on top of the tables. I'm sure there's a good reason for this, but it didn't exactly invite me to consider dining in sometime.

The service was so friendly that I wish I'd enjoyed the food enough to give 5 stars. But unfortunately the fried rice and sweet and sour chicken were bland, and the orange beef was all gristle.

The prices are a little higher than other Chinese food restaurants in the area, but not unreasonable, especially since the sweet and sour chicken is enough to share. I might be willing to give them another try because everyone has...

If I could give this place a 0 they would get it!!! The food is over priced and over rated I got charged 15 bucks for a side of chicken for my child who is a minor like really the whole meal cost that price why would I get charged for a meal when I only got meat doesn’t make any sense to me but I definitely will not be sending my money here anymore and I would not recommend anyone here they when you ask questions nobody speaks English you have a business is USA where ENGLISH is the most common language...

Ordered over $70 in food from here on Sunday and got food poisoning. All the chicken was hard couldn't even stab the fork in it on most. They didn't get my order right and forgot my coconut shrimp and replaced it with a random shrimp mushroom walnut thing (pictured) that tasted overcooked like everything else.
