I went in for breakfast Monday morning, a lady named Rossy had extremely rude, mean and aggressive attitude. First i thought its a Monday she might be having a bad day. I smiled, greeted and talked very generously to make her feel good. But still very rude behavior. She was persistent not to put more than 3 olives on bread even requesting 3 times. She showed me a paper which says she is not allowe to put more than 3 olives on sandwich. She charged me $8.90 for “no meat” breakfast sandwich. After i requested to recheck price she reduced to $6.16. The bread i ate was stale nd hard so i requested her if she can change the bread pls. After me a lady bought 3 sandwiches nd 2 large drinks - she charged her $3 nd change. Other customers that walked in one by one- she was greeting them nd being kind to them.
I asked for managers number- she very aggressively said she is the manager, and - rude stare nd gave a fictitious boss name.
Its sad to see that she is so rude nd discriminating towards certain people nd charging pennies for sandwiches to certain customers. Customer service attitude is beyond...
Read moreI work nearby and would come here at least once a week for lunch. The service was never great, but it was close and convenient. I have stopped coming here as of last Saturday. I ordered a 6” BFH, and as the lady was getting my bread, I looked down at the meats in the case (thinking I should have ordered a seafood sandwhich) and a juvenile COCKROACH crawled across the pepperoni. The cockroach climbed over the meat and up onto the glass partition. I told the lady there was a cockroach, and she took a napkin and smashed it against the glass, wiping most of the guts away, then proceeded to ask what I wanted on my sandwhich. I’m not so unreasonable to think that bugs never sneak into restaurants, but as I was considering whether to leave mid-order, I looked over the counter and saw their glue trap on the floor at the end of their counter full of juvenile cockroaches. This was visible to anyone. Someone needs to thoroughly clean that restaurant and revamp their customer service. I will not return until I am confident there has been some massive restaffing or thorough...
Read moreI live Les than 5 minutes from this subway so I have visited this specific subway a lot. A couple of things to notate. Their staff is severely subpar both in the customer service department and in the sandwich building department. If they don’t forget to toast your subway, they’ll miss ingredients in it. If by some miracle they get your order right (which has yet to happen in 3 years of attending) they will charge you incorrectly. Regardless it’s always something. Food is nothing special, just your regular subway. I wouldn’t try to order food from this subway to pick up, if I were you I’d just go in to make sure they make it correctly, even then they might not. If you do go in just understand that dealing with their staff will make you wish you would have ordered it...
