My main complaint about this place is how they handle complaints. I ordered on Saturday 2 truffle burgers, 1 OG hot dog, and their fries. On their menu, it mentions that the 2 burgers and OG hot dog has turkey bacon. When I got home and started to eat the burger and hot dog, none of them had the bacon. And I actually chose those sandwiches because of the turkey bacon. Long story short, I called and no one picked up. I left a review on FB and someone responded back 3 days later apologizing. But get this, rather than finding a solution to the problem, I was told that I didn’t tag them (which I definitely did), otherwise they would’ve answered sooner. Not only did my review on FB explain my course of action I did to reach out to them and get their awareness, but their response back to me made it seem like I didn’t do anything on my part and that they barely read through my review. Also, if you’re open for business, please pick up the phone. I was at the store and saw how much staff there was and how many customers were in there. Someone could’ve definitely gotten the phone.

Overall, I thought the food was okay. Definitely not worth $15.50 for one sandwich WHICH was missing an ingredient. Also, I think the price went up by $1 within a day span of their grand opening.
