Arby's — Restaurant in Jesup

To start out with, the district manager of this place doesnt like me cause I was employed there for a short time and got hurt and they slandered me the whole time. But this review isnt about that.. everytime my family and i go there we spend around 60 dollars and thats usually about once or twice a month. This past friday i went there and spent alot of money and when i got home i seen that a burger we ordered wasnt in our bag. I immediately called the only nice manager up there and she asked me if i could come back to get it. She also said she saw my burger on the counter. I told her it would be a day or two and she said ok. Well tonight (sunday) i used my gas to drive all the way back up there to get my missing burger and to buy more food and the same manager was told that the district manager watched the cam and saw them put the burger in my bag. Really? For one how did she know which bag was mine cause she wasnt even there?? But she knew it was for me so she told them that i was trying to get a free burger and they were not to do it for me!! So i wasted my gas going up there!! I am mad so they kept the food i was gonna buy and i wont be going back and im gonna plaster this everywhere and tell everyone the kind of business they do!! We go to Arby's in Jesup at least once a month and spend up to at least 60 each visit but this past Friday will be the last time that we eat at this Arby's in Jesup My husband picked us up Dinner and it was a big order I understand that on big orders mistakes happen. One of our burgers were missing and my husband called to let them know and was told they would make it right that it was sitting on the counter where they had forgot to give it to him. He told them we couldn't go back that night and asked them if it was OK if he came back another day to get it and they agreed that would be fine. Well today he goes back to get and also buy more food and they claim that they pulled the camera and all his food was put in the bags. For one they pretty much called my husband a lier and a thief and now that burger that was on the counter is supposedly a doordash order that wasn't picked up. We will not be returning. The people running the place is a bunch of childish ignorant people. Their a joke!! I was asked to pull up so they could cook my chicken fresh after I repeated my 3 chicken club wraps 2 curly fries 1 reg fries 2 Dr pepper 1 water only thing hot where the regular fries I repeated my order twice in drive through once at the window waited about 10 15 mins after I could hear giggling around the back door and then the only thing hot was the regular fries when I didn't ask for fresh chicken they offered I'm disappointed I usually have no complaints but service could of been a lot better it's 10:05 there are customers inside and the guy who was behind me in drive through is now beside me in the parking lot if you don't wanna be round my food or deal with it then please go home I spent close to $40 and was charged for bottled water and got a paper cup wasn't rude, disrespectful or the least bit extra.
