Ordered some shakes and blizzard. And for some reason the order came out wrong. And when I say wrong it just came missing something. I asked for the order to be corrected and all I got was a 5 year old temper tantrum from one of the employees . He grabbed one of the shakes and threw it in the trash can. I guess he didn’t like that I questioned my order that I paid for because he acted very unprofessional . At this point I was still questioning my order and now another employee(she) was getting aggravated so I took my time to go inside the store to talk to them. The environment was hostile to me and they were very rude and they didn’t let me get my point across. Another employee was across the counter just laughing at me the whole time that I was there like my complaint was a joke to her. When I asked for the store number and managers name their response was “ GOOGLE IT”. I was given a name but I don’t know if is real or fake name (Shayla) Hopefully she reaches out to me to address this unprofessional and incompetent behavior. When I got to the window the cashier was not friendly, never greeted us just asked for the money, gave me the blizzard with no lid was already melting. Then handed me the banana split in just a container. I had to ask for spoons and napkins. If they had of been interested in customer service instead of all joking, laughing and talking they might have give me my split in a bag with utensils and napkins.. get to the house opened my banana split and there's very little ice cream. What ice cream was in there was almost completely melted. I have never seen this in my life at DQ. I know this one just lost...
Read moreI don’t think the workers at the drive thru window should be allowed to take selfies while working. Especially when the customer watches them take said “self” and it have view of customers vehicle in it. My experience with the jesup store was not in the least pleasant. I caught the attendant, watched them, and when they turned to look at me looked at them still. When I called them out on it, they said they didn’t take one. I then told them exactly what I watched which is when the story changed to I didn’t realize your car was in view.
Lesson for your employees to learn, no matter what they look like or their car is in, be a grown adult and know when to put you’re phone down...
