Wawa — Restaurant in Jesup

Honestly LOVE the Wawa here in jesup. The service in the front has always been great but the lady who gave me my order today was very rude. Usually everyone is very nice and polite. Mind you I’ve ordered food from here multiple times and always ask for a bag and they always have no problem getting me a bag. today, i have my daughter with me she’s holding her drink I have a bag and two drinks in my hand so I was not able to hold each item individually ..so I asked for a bag and she rudely said “no we don’t that here, the bags are in the front” and walked away. The kids meal I ordered when I went to pick it up the water bottle fell out the bottom of the box. lucky I caught the bottom before the food fell out. She looked at the water bottle and still continued to walk. No, she didn’t have to pick it up for me but the polite thing to when you see someone with their hands full is help...

I had an issue with a door dash order last night. So I called WaWa directly and spoke with a Ms. Diona over the phone. She quickly helped me resolve the issue and I was well on my way to grab my food. When I got to the store she was more than helpful and brought the food out to me personally and offered me something for the inconveniences to my order. She was very professional and very hospitable. As always, Wawa knocks it out of the park. We eat there AT LEAST once a week, the times are flexible, the food is delicious and the staff is so inviting and kind. I’m originally from Pennsylvania and it’s so nice to have a good hoagie hookup here in Georgia! I have garnered over 4,000 pts since opening 😂 When Wawa first opened here in Jesup, GA, I was there.
