Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jesup

On Sunday my husband went to go pick up $30 worth of pizza for a family picnic we were having. He order online just as he has done before. He arrived and the cashier ( a young girl) was unfriendly and short with him. He left and brought the pizza to our picnic spot. When we went to open the pizza boxes, one pizza wasn't even cut, another pizza was suppose to have half pineapple only, however the pineapple were just tossed on and that pizza was uncut as well. The last pizza was sloshed around and messy. I made the decision to back up to the store because there was no way our family could eat what was given to us. When I walked in I spoke to a young girl who was incredibly rude. I explained that the pizzas that were just picked up and not even cut. She didn't say a word to me, grabbed the boxes and walked to the back. I then waited for about 5 mins. She walked back up and one by one tossed/slong the pizza boxes on the counter. After I received the pizzas I asked her who the general manager is so I could at a later date reach out to then about the issues. She looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and didn't say a word. She just stared at me for a minute. I asked again and she said "I don't know." I asked who the manager was and she said she didn't know that either because she was new. I asked to speak to the on duty manager. She came out after a minute. And I explained what had happened. She offered me a pack of crumbled brownies for our inconvenience, which I did not think was enough. At this point I was over the whole ordeal and just wanted to leave but I wanted the franchise owners information. I asked her who the owner of the franchise was and she also said she didn't know that either. I don't ever get upset over things of this nature. I'm pretty easy going and understanding about short staff and mistakes but the order was messed up and sloppy and the staff was terribly rude and I didn't feel like it was handled appropriately by staff. The customer is always right. Luckily we winged it and our picnic was not ruined. But...

The food was hot, the girl at the register was really nice, but I tried calling them an hour before goin to place my order ahead of time,i asked the cashier if they had a phone and she replied yes, I then asked was they so busy she couldn't answer it, and at that moment there was a total of 3 people in there and that included me, when I asked her, she laughed and didn't reply back, this has happened several several times and I fully understand this when they are busy, but at this point she was standing in between kitchen and register with her hand on her hip,I asked one of the other customers if they was busy before I got there and her reply was not any busier than what I was seeing, she replied she had been there nearly 30mins and she had only ordered a 5.00 hot and ready and a order of ITC, bread, she finally asked about her order and the cashier handed it straight to her, I'm not a person to complain, but I find this a bit non professional.....and yes I know that I could order on line, but I have 6 kids and that 1.00 ea.pizza makea a differenrence.thank you for checking into this..this location is the...

First we tried to order online and it said they were gonna be closed by the time we got there it was 6:44 they closed at 10. So my wife called our order in they didn't get a name a number or anything just said it was hot and ready we ordered an extra most best crazy bread cinnamon bite and a 2 liter not to tall an order. I got there and I was having to wait on my order. I asked the girl at the register why I had to wait I called it in I was told it was hot and ready and now in having to wait the reason I call in is so i don't have to. I was livid at this point because this store always messes stuff up. I asked for the person who took my order and when the girl at the register goes to get her she proceeds to get mad and say I'm on the ovens and everything else what you want me to do. The girl walks back up and I tell her this is BS and the lady who was apparently the manager who to my order came up and said you know what i refuse your order and proceeds to call the cops because I said bad words🤣.
