Let’s see where do i start... My family got a small mud pie mojo, a medium peanut butter cup surprise and a simple, mint chocolate chip. You could tell that the people working the store were new and inexperienced, no offense. My mud pie mojo was fantastic and definitely worth your time. However, the peanut butter cup surprise was empty of surprises. There was no fudge, and next to no peanut butter. It was literally chocolate ice cream with Reese’s cups. And to add on, the large size was indeed a bigger cup but when put side by side, somehow, the medium size of mint chocolate ice cream had more then the large peanut butter cup. AND, when we asked if this was correct, they apologized and fixed it by basically putting normal chocolate ice cream to fill it up, which was the whole thing anyway. Then we get to the worst one, the simple, very easy to make, mint chocolate chip. This one was just all sorts of wrong, there was no mint whatsoever. It tasted as if you put green food dye in a vanilla ice cream and put little hard chocolate rocks inside and served it to people. Overall, we probably won’t be returning to this franchise. Super friendly staff. Completely run-down facility: Damaged walls, broken door hinges on bathrooms, non functioning interior lights over seating area, face masks / office paperwork / push pins for corkboards mixed in with food on the countertops, back room open exposing further clutter and lack of cleanliness, working areas where ice cream is scooped is not well maintained -- toppings and ice cream spilled on top of toppings and ice cream, exterior windows have not seen a washing in some time, and the smell of urine overpowering the normally pleasant smell of ice cream and toppings in a Coldstone.

The bathrooms directly face the line for ordering which may be part of the urine smell problem, but something is amiss here that needs serious looking into.

I don't want to see the Gwinnett county sanitation score if and when they ever come through this location -- it's really gross inside this place. Kids still loved the ice cream, though.

The kids did however comment that the condiments looked "ancient" -- this from 3 middle schoolers who regularly need to be hounded to clean their own rooms. You know it's bad when they notice how...

Whoever worked the 4th of July (today) the main lead woman was extremely rude. I called over the phone to confirm their hours today and they closed in 15 minutes at 6pm. The guy who answered the phone said they closed and I quote “in like 10 minutes I think” I said okay is it okay to place an online order online? In the background you could hear the woman very loudly and rudely repeat NO NO NO NO. Firstly this would’ve been my second time coming to this location and trying their ice cream. The first time I came I had a great experience but what’s baffling to me is the fact that they answered the phone with 15 minutes left and the woman was so rude for literally no reason and it takes 3 minutes to put the ice cream and toppings together. I get it it’s the 4th you probably wanted to go home but please re-train your staff I am extremely disgusted with the way she handled that call. I called ahead to be polite and make sure I didn’t just order after all it is a holiday but the type of customer service I received really is sad and uncalled for.
