Crossroads Eatery By Biryani world — Restaurant in Johns Creek

Today i have visited this place seeing the celebrity Ballon welcoming people from outside of it and got to know that it was their grand opening day after going inside. The woman who is cashier told that they were giving free pulao as a opening offer to each person. she also told that if we order a curry, we also get rice which is very common thing in every restaurant. Since we are getting rice item free,Me and my husband ordered few appetizers and curry. When I went to get the take out order, the lady in sareee took out one of the boxes from our bag( may be rice not sure ) , i did not tell anything because we get what we order. Since they told there is free pulao and it was not in our take out order bag, I asked for free pulao in a polite way and she told that it is finished and gave some kind of coupon to avail it later. I told her politely again that we ordered appetizers and curry thinking that we will get rice and also told that the cashier informed us, that she will give pulav just a minute ago. She went inside and got half filled pulav boxes and gave us rudely and took the coupon from my hand in a very rude way . After that we found that they did not provide rice for curry and asked again to a spects guy near the counter .after asking twice , he got us rice. I did not like their service and their disrespectful behavior. Note: 1 they did not put wet floor warning untill i informed them and it was slippery to walk on it for me I did not ask for their coupons , and when they give us , it's not a formal way to take it from my hands telling us to give it back(anyway I'm not going there again) Food is below average 4.provided lamb curry...

We just happened to see this new store and thought of giving a try. We ordered the pani puri and indo chinese items chicken friend rice and noodles. We also ordered a chicken 65 started which they suggested is good. But what we got was some very oily fried rice. But the disastrous part was the chicken 65 which was covered almost with entire marinate masala. Only thing you taste is masala and not chicken . We asked them to replace and got manchurian instead . That also very salty and sour. Never seen a restaurant go wrong on basic appetizers. We said kids noodles, so it was bearable with less oil.

I understand that they are just doing the soft opening. But dont give people food that is dangerous to their health. Never gonna step there again.

We ordered the Rava Onion Dosa and the Boneless Chicken Biryani. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.

Dosa: The first one (the picture uploaded) wasn’t made properly. Although they did replace it, the second attempt was still below average. The portion size was also quite small — for a price of $12.99, I expected something more filling. I've had better at other places for the same or lower price. Biryani: Despite being said as boneless, there were still small bone pieces found while eating, which was frustrating and unexpected.

The place seemed overcrowded, and the staff looked overwhelmed, struggling to manage the rush. Overall, everything fell short — not an experience I’d return for...
