Went there ordered one macchiato caramel. And one signature iced latte both large. I go there wait in the Drive-Thru then I'm told they have no espresso and I'm pressured to get a decaf and I said no about three times I have a picture of my receipt I would not take the receipt because they did not give me anything do you usually take a receipt when you receive services I receive no services. After waiting in line and getting a over $6 drink mixed up I think that is preposterous because these drinks cost much as a mai tai at a bar and they should be on par 100% every single time no questions asked period.when you're paying that much money for a coffee anyone else that works hard for their money would agree this is BS. Not to add fuel to the fire by my wife went up there at 1:00 in order to drinks they gave her a French macchiato for $6.24 instead of the caramel macchiato that she ordered. Dunkin donuts did not abide by their service level agreements to remedy this. It took 5 different methods of contact and 9 days to finally get the attention of the district manager. I asked for a refund at the kiosk, it "wasn't possible". I filled out a customer feedback survey. No response. I reached out on google maps, no response. I contacted customer service to inform them about my experience and later that day I got a call from Walter. He asked me about my experience and helped me resolve the issue. As someone who used to work in customer service I really appreciate the way that Walter handled the whole situation.
