I placed my order on my phone as did my friend and when we pulled up to the drive thru, the 2 cars in front of me ordered and finally I get to the order box 5 minutes before the store closes and no one spoke to me or even said they were closing early. I pulled to the window after waiting until 11 and realizing no one was going to answer me. The manager opens the window and stated that the employee must have taken his headset off and couldn't hear me. I asked why it was done early and how I was supposed to get my money back. She told me I wouldn't be charged if I didn't get my order made. I clicked the get help button on the bottom of my mobile order because I have been charged and the faq states to go to or contact that restaurant for a refund. So I pulled back around and spoke with the manager in the window again. She told me she cannot give out refunds even though I showed her that is not the corporate policy literally on my phone in front of her. I asked if I need to call in the morning and speak to her boss to get a refund and get her retrained in this refund policy, and that's when she said she didn't need retrained and the information she was giving me was correct and I can't get a refund. I pointed out that she told me just a few min ago that I wouldn't be charged so she obviously has incorrect information and needs to be retrained. She then closed the window in my face and told me to have a good night. I was professional the entire time, didn't raise my voice or curse. That was unprofessional and I believe it's due to the bad female, plus sized manager with blonde hair and pink tips didn't want to take ownership over her actions. I know for a fact 3 mobile orders have this same issue tonight because the manager wanted to get the store closed early and didn't want to make anymore orders or take anymore at the order box. She handled everything incorrectly and the store cameras can prove all of my experience. I want a refund and really want that manager to be trained on how to issue a refund, take ownership of her actions and be a better leader for the company and work the hours that are advertised. Read moreGenuinely seething, I was the last order of the night and literally only I was there. Had to tell the mfr like twelve times how I wanted my food and when I got it I went to check it and he interrupted me by saying something so in my head I had checked it. Went home to find that my big Mac not only was not how I ordered. It was just all the ingredients thrown in a box all lazily. Like I didn’t even know it was possible to do what they did. Like it wasn’t just portly put together I mean it literally wasn’t the burgers were separately together the buns were separately together and everything was caked in sauce. They messed up my bfs burger too but not nearly as bad. He’s been craving a burger for weeks and we finally got paid enough to go get one and the somehow managed to put cheese on a hamburger, $30 right down the drain. I’ve worked in food my whole life Ik for a fact it is one of the easiest jobs out there. Especially there. All you have to do is read the dam ticket and make what it says. I am genuinely seething over this. Like how you gonna mess up that bad on the last order of the night. And the guy at the window kept cutting me off and eventually in the middle of my order straight up just told me my total. Then told me to pull around then stopped talking. When handing my card back to me through the drive through window, the girl dropped it on the ground then proceeded to act like it was funny and told me to back up so I could get out and get it. I was driving an SUV and would have ran the card over, which I told her I was not going to do. She then yelled for another staff member to come out and get it for me. At the second window another girl handed me my drink and sundae then walked away from the window for over 5 minutes while I sat there wondering where my food was. I could see several staff members standing there and not one person apologized for the wait or explained what was taking so long. When she did hand me my food, it was missing the french fries so I had to sit there a couple more minutes and wait for her to come back to the window. I was the only vehicle in the drive through and could not see a single customer inside. I’m not sure what the problem was, but when I got home the plain cheeseburger I ordered was a chicken sandwich (in a wrapper that said plain cheeseburger).
