Hobby Lobby always has great things to choose from and when on sale the prices range from fair to good. During the 2 months before Christmas tho...too aggravating to fight the crowds and stand in lines over 5 people deep. I was however FOLLOWED TWICE I guess for Suspicion of theft...AND IT WAS BLANTON AND ABSOLUTELY UNWARRANTED!! I guess on the one hand if like me shopping there is a necessity for what I'm doing going During the holidays and fighting the crowds beats being followed, watched and made to feel like a thief... ...AND AGAIN I GO FOR THE LAST OF THE YARN NEEDED FOR AN AFGHAN I'M MAKING FOR MY DAUGHTER (JUST THE COST OF YARN NEEDED FOR THE SIZE AFGHAN I'M MAKING IS UPWARDS OF 2oo to 300 dollar AND I MAKE MANY CHENULLE SCARVES DURING THE WINTER SEASON SO TO SAY I SPEND A PRETTY LARGE AMOUNT OF $ THERE IS FAIR STATEMENT). THE OLDER GRAY HAIRED LADY TODAY WASN'T JUST OBVIOUS BUT INSULTING!! IF SHE HAD A BRAIN BETWEEN HER EARS TO ASSESS MY ABILITY TO STEAL THINGS AS BIG AS SKEINS OF YARN SHE'D HAVE NOTICED I HAD NO POCKETS OR BAGGY CLOTHES OR THAT I HAD A BAG WITH SO MUCH IN IT NOTHING ELSE COULD EVEN BE FORCED TO FIT/CONSEAL (ESP SKEINS OF YARN!) THEY'RE GOING TO END UP LOSING CUSTOMERS DUE TO THE DISRESPECTFUL IGNORANT AND BLATANT STUPIDITY WHEN IT COMES TO ASSESSING QHO IS ACTUALLY ATTEMPTING TO TAKE THINGS WITHOUT PAYING! ...**MANAGEMENT TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER IN THE AREA OF LOSS...

Frustrated right as I entered. No layout of aisle titles in store, nor on-line, no map available. A line of sewing threads new to me & volume only partially depleted & displayed on 1 end cap ONLY! GRR. Minimal variety of notions in sewing area. GRWAT 40% sale on all Fiskars items. One gentleman was looking for sharp enough scissors to cut a braid for trim, wife brought it over. "Titanium, fine quality. I am a welder, so I know!" Wife: "No need for picking shears!" "Husband: "These are not picking shears, dear, similar packaging. I will get this titanium pair, at 40% office for the price of the 2 price of 'regular' scissors." They were cute! Checkout was fine: overhead announcement that "#9, at left end of checkout cashiers open to purchases only. Returns still accepted only on #1 & 2 cashiers only." I moved over after seeing the 3 & 4 deep people at the 1-4 caahier lines weren't moving. I had to pick up my plastic bag and the long tube of cross stitch fabric from the counter, as the under 25 cashier didn't offer them to me; might have forgotten the tube of fabric, however. Very polite staff interaction. Clean store, enough carts/clean, also. Lighting was very adequate. Spacing between rows for 1 cart + a passing by person, only. 50% off sale of Fall & Halloween items, mid October 2025. Customer service was terrible. I had a question about a product that was defective. A young lady came up and said she could get someone in charge. I waited at least 10 minutes. I found the young lady who helped me and apologized, saying someone had told her they would be right there. She called again and was told everyone was at lunch and apologized again because no one had informed her. Again they said they were almost done and would soon be with me. I waited at least another 10 minutes before someone finally came out looking for me. Then she couldn't help me with my question. They had a console table that at first glance looked like it was dusty and someone's fingerprints were on it. When I went to wipe it I found the fingerprints were permanently in the top where someone had picked it up before the finish was dry. They wouldn't come down enough to merit buying it and refinishing the top. The table is still there after about 3 weeks. Very...
