12+ INCH BLACK HAIR - PAPA JOHN'S DOES NOTHING. (Picture has been posted in the photo section) I have ordered Papa John's for years, pretty much a weekly basis, and had very few problems. This review is on my most recent order from this location and unfortunately my last. My review has less to to do with the 12 inch black black hair, that was inbedded in our pizza, having to be extracted like a massive ingrown hair, but more about the lack of responsibility and customer service that followed. I went to my app to pull up the info to notify Papa John's about the problem, hit the button that says customer service, and it connected me to a "live chat". I explained my problem and they said I would need to fill out the report form with my order number and I would be contacted within 48 hours. I filled out the form, included the information it required, and a lengthy description of the problem. Two days later I recieve an email stating the following "We understand your frustraion [ sic ] and ask that in the future if you have any issues please call the store and we will be happy to fix it that same day. We want you to know we take all feedback seriously and your feedback will be used to improve our ability to serve you in the future. - Aaron Bajestani, Director of Operations" This response is beyond irritating, its shameful, and does absolutely nothing to rectify the problem. I followed their process from the click of the first button on the order page and the response I get is basically, "well, sorry for following the clear guidence we provide on our website order tracking page, you should have known better and contacted the store instead. Because of this we are going to do nothing to fix your problem but we will take your feedback to be better in the future." The lack of responsibility calls into question what other health violations and quality controls they are simply shoveling under the mat. I realize my families Papa John's spending of over $2,500 annually is small in the grand scheme of economic value to the company, however, we will now be spending that money, and then some, to support our local pizza...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHate leaving negative reviews but this was definitely deserved⦠not sure what has happened to this place over the past year but, well⦠itās not going well. Iāve canceled three separate delivery orders over the past year or so after seeing the expected delivery time would be over two hours⦠would be nice to know that before ordering. Decided to try again this evening, but went for the pickup option to see if that helped. Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni- Papa Track said I could collect it after between 44-58 minutes. Randomly checked after 20 minutes⦠said pizza was ready. Glad I checked⦠Picked up the pizza, got it home⦠wrong order. Sure it was a pepperoni pizza but it wasnāt stuffed crust. Only found that out when I ate my first slice down to the crust itself. Called the manager - explained what happened. No apology, nothing like that⦠was told that she could Re-do the order but I would need to bring the pizza back myself. Not cool⦠When I told her that there were a couple slices gone - was told that if Iād started eating it then she couldnāt replace it. Really? Last time I get my pizza from Papa Johns. Shame as I really like their pizza. Service at this particular branch in Johnson City on the other hand, sucks. Would recommend getting your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI dislike the policies of the owner of this particular location. Let me state first, and foremost that I had no problem with the young man, I believe his name was Devin, with whom I spoke. He was very professional, and helped me to the best of his ability. He actually kept me from switching my lunch order to a competitor. He is the only reason that this store gets more than one star.
My issue is this: I frequently use PJ's "Early Week Mania" special, which offers any specialty or up to 5 topping large pizza for $8.99. When I tried to plug in the offer code online with this store, it wouldn't accept the code. When I called the store, Devin informed me that I would need to speak with PJ's online ordering helpline. When I did, the woman with whom I spoke informed me that this particular store did not participate in the "Early Week Mania" program. Huh?!? I wasn't aware that when the national organization sent me a code/coupon that an individual store owner had the option of NOT HONORING IT!! This is bad policy, and bad business, and I will not be ordering from this store...
