Absolutely ridiculous the experience I had today. I order 2 sandwiches and a pickle for me and my girlfriend for her break and when I went in to pick up my online order I waited atleast 10 minutes before the 2 gentlemen in front of me were helped then when came to be my turn the lady didn't know where my sandwiches were. When they found my sandwiches they were both incorrect and when I went back inside to ask if they can fix it a man wearing sunglasses inside the store (very unprofessional) came around and said he needed the receipt. Not a problem went back outside again and showed him the receipt to which he said that I had done it wrong? Excuse me? What kind of customer service is this where I'm told I'm making my sandwiche wrong even though they were the ones who had messed it up and are trying to blame me for this? The whole process took around 25 minutes to which my girlfriend was late going back to work because we thought going to Jimmy johns would be quick and easy. Read moreDrive thru speaker per the employees statement has not worked for months, I sat in the drive thru window and no one came to the window after 5 minutes or so. I went inside and asked what the issue is with the drive thru, since you can't get any service. Employee said they have complained to corporate and asked them if they could just close the drive thru since they don't have enough employees and speaker doesn't work and corporate told them NO. Even though the drive thru speaker does not work and they have NO ONE to take the orders in the first place! The employee inside was very kind and I am sure people get upset about this issue which he can not control so more power to the guy for handling the situation with myself and 2 other customers with grace. HOWEVER.. if the owner of this location doesn't fix their issues even this one good employee you do have is going to leave! Fix the speaker or put up a sign that says drive thru is closed, it's VERY SIMPLE. Safe to say I won't be back to this location. *Also the prices are insane, so I probably won't go to any JJ again. $8.87 for 4 pieces of meat and two pieces of cheese...
Read moreI came through the driver through asked a question as I had stomach surgery recently. I asked if I could get a slim done as an unwich as I cannot handle bread right now and can only handle about 4 bites of food at a time. Was told no I could not. So was told would have to be a regular sandwich. Ordered a turkey sandwich was asked if I wanted to add cheese after I had just told them about stomach surgery to which I said no thank you and ordered the new cookie sandwich for my sister. The unwich had so much mayo on it it was inedible I got one bite in and had to stop. So I sent an email to the feedback saying they should add an option for a gadtric bypass person to be able to pay a buck to do a slim as a unwich because i would have paid it!! and get an email back from the owner of the location telling me infact I can order the slim as an unwich on the app as well as in person as well as the gargantuan. Effectively whether it was accidentally or purposely this location took advantage of my situation I feel like they saw an opportunity to make a better sale and took it I used to love jimmy johns...
