McDonald's — Restaurant in Johnston

I stopped at mcdonalds on Atwood Ave is grabbed the new angel Reese meal at the kiosk inside I MADE sure I went in and put NO ONIONS!! MY HUSBAND IS HIGHLY ALLERGIC!!!!! As I completed my order and walked over to the counter and spoke with a team member just asking to make sure that the meal had no onions!!! The team member assured me it would have no onions ( positive additude👍) About 3 mins later my order was ready the same team member re assured me for the 2nd time that the meal had no onions.👍👍 I drive all the way home and I hand my husband his meal and I happened to to look over and see a onion's on the side of his sandwich?????? I grab my reciept thinking maybe I messed up at the kiosk??? Nope I look at it like this i understand food chains are very fast pace and some customer's can really push bottons. At the time of my visit there was only one other costumer sitting in the dining room. ITS COMPLETE CARLESSNESS. I TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE I PUT NO ONIONS!!!! ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS READ THE MEAL TICKET!!! NOT TO MNTION THE TEAM MEMBER I SPOKE WITH DAID IT OUT LOUD 2X TO THE COOKS🤬🤬🤬🤬 TAKE THE MIN TO CHECK THE ORDER!!!!!! WHAT IF I NEVER SEEN IT ON THE SANDWICH ?? JUST DOUBLE CHECK THE ORDERS ...MAKES FOR A MUCH BETTER CUSTUMER...

I don't really like to post bad reviews, so I usually go back to see if it was just that one time. So this third time I have gone there for breakfast, I always order the big breakfast with hotcakes. I don't know about anyone else, but I like to eat my 3 hotcakes with enough syrup. I'm not sure what the rules or standards are that comes with the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes order is, but in other Mcdonald's I have ordered they always give me 2 syrup. Maybe because they know 1 syrup isn't enough for 3 hotcakes. I'm sure each manager makes its standards to have better profit margins, and if that's the case, then when I ask for an extra syrup just let me know it will be extra and I will gladly pay for it, or add it to the price, I want to enjoy my breakfast the way I like it. Don't say will that complete your order and still not give me what I asked. So when i noticed that no extra syrup was in the bag I walked inside to ask for it again. I stood there for about three minutes and was not even looked at, so I left to my dry hotcakes. A word of advice to the manager, profit comes with lots of happy customers. I worked for 3 McDonald's, I worked for them for 5 years I was a manager for 1 year and I have never been more appalled by the service I got from this place. First off I was rushed at the speaker couldn't finish asking a question without being asked "anything else" after every thing I said. My fries weren't even filled half way! I asked for no salt because it makes me sick. I asked for a mcdouble only ketchup they loaded so much ketchup on it my bread broke in half. The big Mac I ordered was disgusting and all the cheese on my sandwiches were hard and old. When I got to the window to see that a manager had taken my order I was extremely disappointed because she was really rude when it was only me and one other person in drive thru. Even more disappointed that I had to drive back and get a refund because I didn't even trust them to make it twice. I went to a different McDonald's and was greeted with smiling employees and fresh food including the cheese.
