Always love this location. It is clean and the staff is super friendly. I mostly come here late when nothing else is open.
Edit 10/01/2023 When was this review written? Many years ago. Unfortunately since the pandemic this location is hurting. Understaffed which I was patient with. The one night it was just one lady working the tables and register. Very slow service but all good. But last night there was a new girl with her and wow. I don't know if it was her first day or if she just doesn't belong but the service was horrible. There were 9 of us so mind you none of my complaints is her handling of a large table unless she was just that thrown off about having a large table.
From start to finish. I had my 2 little ones with me. We asked for a high chair and a booster. We got the high chair and the waitress asked if we still needed the booster. I said "Hang on" and I sat my 3 year old down to see if he really need it. At this point the waitress is looking away so I wasnt sure if she even heard me when I said "Yea a booster seat please." Sure enough, we had to ask for it again.
I didnt get ice in my lemonade because there were a couple of people who asked for no ice. Honestly this has been a common gripe I have with waitresses when I eat out with my parents who ask for no ice.
When our appetizer came we had to ask and then wait for plates so that we could even dig in.
One of our people asked a question about one of the meals. But he ended up ordering a different meal. He got both meals. They took the wrong one off no problem.
I always order 2 slices of french toast, not on the menu. The waitress was very confused if that was one slive cut into 2 or what. My dad and I tried to help specify. Sure enough when my order came I was served 2 plates each with 2 slices of french toast. It was burnt on the one side, something that has never happended to me before. I sent it back for a new one and got served undercooked french toast.
My sister's pancakes were undercooked in the middle.
When my sister and her boyfriend asked for refills they had to remind the waitress they asked for them and what they were.
The waitress served our drinks by having them passed down the table.
Basically, the waitress was such a ditz. The look on her face was that she could not process anything anyone was saying to her.
At the register when we mentioned the undercooked meals she wasnt able to take them off because there was no manager.
We learned in addition they were short staffed with cooking as well. So that explains the food.
So, obviously unfortunate that they're struggling to get and keep workers. But unfortunately its making for very poor service and now I dont think Ill be returning until they're able to...

The waitress, Dolores, was fine and did great but as i was trying to pay up front at the register, i told the lady in front that i wanted to make my $40.41 total $45.41 for tip (I left cash tip at the table as well). I explained it to her 2 times to make sure she understood what i meant and the new total came out to be $85.41. After trying to correct her and telling her i wanted to make it $45.41 and NOT a $45 tip, i tried to press the red button to decline but she spun the screen, looked at me and pressed the green button to make the payment go through and the payment was processed. After she did that she said have a good day, goodbye! I had to argue with her to get my money back and corrected. She ignored me and helped others while i stood waiting. The entire time i was waiting for her to help me she was dismissing me and telling me to have a good day. My food was $40.41 NOT $85.41. She was awful and i had to look for the manager because she didnt want to get her to help me. After finding her, the cashier started to play the victim and act confused when the entire time she was giving me attitude throughout the entire transaction. The confirmation button is there for the CUSTOMER not the cashier because it is up to the customer to confirm. It took 45 for all of this to be fixed. She knew exactly what she was doing and even hid the receipt from me so i wouldnt see the payment was processed but i had an alert on my phone that told me i spent $85.41. After all of this i still had to pay for my meal which wouldve been fine but now i have to deal with an overdraft fee. Since i have now been charged $125.82 and it takes some time for the money to be transferred back to my account. I wish i wouldve gotten her name but she wasnt wearing a name tag. Read moreUpdate 11/24/22: we were both not feeling well, so decided to try Dennys for a turkey meal. I placed our order just after 4pm for a5pm pickup. Almost an hour they knew our order should be ready. They ran out of turkey and it was 25 minutes late coming out. Then to make matters worse, our bread was burnt, the turkey looked like it had been torn apart in a hurry, and was OVERCOOKED & DRY, the mixed veggies were not cooked all the way through and still crunchy, the broccoli was pretty much raw, there was very little stuffing & mashed potatoes with very little gravy. We ended up having to supplement our meal with food here at the house. For $15.99 a meal, it fell very short of being worth even $7.99 each. Tried calling and was told manager was busy cooking. I am shocked a manager put that awful food out! Asked for a return call, left our # and order # and never received call in a week. Been patient. So disappointed in Dennys lately. If you dine in, they try to do better.
2019: the waitress we had saved the day. The cinnamon bun pancakes are death traps of sugar. Avoid them if you have any sugar issue. Only went here because we got a discount through our phone carrier. Was not worth. There had a glaze that the sugar was not cooked correctly and was still crunchy.
Update 10/25/21: i ordered online and wanted to make sure there's no green peppers in the omelet(only ordered because fiance wanted an omelet) . I did put it on the notes but they often miss the notes! Tried calling for about 25 minutes and never got an answer!
